My wife's review: They are so cute! I LOVE the color but the sound quality leaves so much to be desired. I'll start with the two qualities I like the most, the fit is pretty comfortable and the noise cancellation is awesome. I think I could wear these all day and forget they're there. But other than that, the bass is basically non existent and I don't feel like they get loud enough. We own a JBL speaker and the sound is of decent quality but these earbuds fall short. They came in the mail earlier this afternoon and I will be returning them tomorrow. Before purchasing theses I used a pair of $20 wireless Skullcandy earbuds from Wal-Mart and I actually prefer those over the JBL wireless earbuds. Also, in comparison to AirPods, the JBL wireless case feels cheaply made. The hinge is not as stiff as I'd like for it to be. Overall, how much you like these earbuds will be determined by the qualities you're looking for in them. Not for me but may be perfect for you.

The sound quality and battery life are stellar but DO NOT let that fool you. I've tried all 3 in ear cushions and they are not comfortable and buds fall out when simply walking around the grocery store. The MAJOR negative = Every call, without failure the sound will drop out of 1 ear bud for 3 seconds, come back, drop out of the other ear for 3 seconds, come back and then drop out of both ears simultaneously for 3 seconds.... Causing 9 seconds of disruption during a call, which is HUGE as I use these professionally. Upon further review, this issue is not unique to me and happens to a handful of this products users.

I bought these in January. My first experience when opening the package is they would not charge on the right earbud which is the control. Once I finally got them on the sweet spot to charge, they sounded great. However, they do not stay easily in the ear if you are working out especially resulting in falling out and they are a little heavy for the size. To add to that, they are not charging again. You literally have to wiggle the buds to get them to seat correctly on the charging prongs. I called JBL and they were going to switch them out. At first I had to do the trouble shoot conversation which was a waste of time. Then they finally said let's return them. Now the return receipt is invalid so I have contacted them again. Very annoying and I believe this is the 2nd time at least I have had an issue with returns on JBL products. They work great when they work, but when they do not the company is difficult to get on the phone.

So before you believe what everyone says about the bass, don’t. Out the box sure they sound weak but you have to test out a few different EQ settings in your phone settings. I for example have an IPhone so go to your settings, music, then change your EQ. I’ve noticed Acoustic, hip hop, rock; and small speakers are the best. Bass booster even sounds decent. BUT in addition not only do you have to switch the settings but also switch between the 3 ear bud size because these honestly have to sit in the perfect spot in order for you to fully experience the headphone. Because i used them at the gym one day with my EQ changed but the medium earbuds that came on out the box and it still sounded weak, but i changed the earbuds to the smallest one and hell ya do these lil earbuds sound dam good and especially for the price. Obviously you can go a more expensive route and not deal with all the hassle but then again these are $100 and come in a few cool colors so pick your poison. I am content with these because i only use them for the gym and they did well with staying in my ear with cardio and workouts even with sweat.

We had these headphones before and then my dog ate one, and sadly it seemed like we couldn't get just one headphone to work without the other. Noise quality is good not like GREAT but overall food. When you're on the phone these do pick up a bit of the background more than I like. Battery life us true to their statement

These have been great. I would say I am an avid user? I would use them at work for a couple hours or less. Then again, at the gym or on a run. I'd use 6 of the 7 days usually. It's been about 6 months. The left shows that it is fully charged. But syncs and works for a few moments and then turns off. They were great - but for the price I think I can do better than 6 months.

the headphones were all right but one day I tried to listen to some music and then one of the ear pieces went out it wouldn't turn on and now I can't pair the other one to listen to music out of just one of the headphones so now I can't use the headphones at all I am very upset that I purchased this and I want my money back but the headphones did slip out of my ear a lot but they never fell I always caught it they were pretty loud and I wish that I could still be using them they were good headphones but they were cheap

Purchased January 15th. I’ve used them a lot, loved them. Until I took them out of the case one day and the left side was shorting out. The next day I took it out it was completely out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with them, a few weeks after buying them the froze and made a skipping sound. I had to let the completely die for them to work again. I’ll probably have to go buy some air pods now. So don’t waste ur money just get the more expensive/ better quality ones now. 😢
