Works great and very comfortable. I wear glasses and have a shunt on one side of my head, so over the ear headphones have always been an issue for me, but these don't dig into either my glasses or my shunt. Mic is also excellent. I’ve been really impressed with the JBL Quantum 100M2 headset. The sound quality is clear and immersive, making games much more enjoyable. I can easily hear footsteps, dialogue, and other small details that make a difference while playing. The microphone picks up my voice clearly, and my friends haven’t had any issues hearing me during multiplayer games. The headset is also lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for several hours without causing discomfort. Setup was simple just plug it in and start playing. Cheap crap

Disappointed - Super disappointed. I grew up believing JBL was a premium brand due to their stereo speakers. Apparently, their headphones are low quality. Bought a new pair to replace my previous JBL gaming headphones. The previous set was fine for a few years, until the sound started cutting out whenever my arm lightly grazed the cord. I use the headphones for gaming - plugged into my PS5 controller, which is what these gaming headphones were supposedly designed for. Sitting in a chair, with the cord going from my ears to the controller in my hand, while gaming, obviously my arms may graze the cord - completely cuts out the sound. Pinpointed the bad connection to right where the wire meets the 35o angled jack / plug. I did not complain because they were find for a few years. Just opened my brand new replacement set - doing exactly the same thing, brand new , right out of the box on day one. Bad design. Made in China? Designed obsolences? Shame on you JBL! Kid sooo excited

I've never seen my 10-year-old grandson. So excited about anything I'm a firm believer in j. B. L products I use them for all of my wireless speakers. I use them for everything for myself. So when I saw that his request for his birthday was a headset of course I looked for j. B. L, but usually they are super expensive. These were affordable and I was so excited. I gave them to him early and he said he feels like a professional sportscaster. The surround sound, the removable microphone. The whole thing he's so excited and I'm so happy to see him like this. He's had a rough go of things, so Went with the wired because he already has rechargeable batteries and other things that are plugged in everywhere, so I wanted him to be able to use them without worrying about them being charged. This is the perfect gift for the child you want to have a good experience. But yet you still monitor everything he does. I very much recommend this item. Good while it lasted

Worked great for the time it did. I've only had these headphones for three and a half months, and had no issues with the audio or the mic. Up until now, there weren't any problems with the connection either. Recently though, where the jack meets the cable started to break, and I lost audio in the left headphone. The right one still works fine, but, unless I put pressure on the jack, the left one doesn't play anything. I think next time I buy headphones I'll buy a separate right-angle adapter that my headphone jack can plug into. Then the adapter can take the stress instead and hopefully the jack will last longer. ... show more
