Got an ebook reader that can also play audiobooks, and wanted a small speaker to listen to them. The size is perfect for anywhere; a small corner of my desk, kitchen, shower, etc. I didn't want anything much bigger than the reader was so I can bring everything with me easily, but also something that can get loud. The sound is great, voices are very clear and the bass isn't muddy. Battery life is short, but I use it on my desk 90% of the time so I don't mind. Connects to bluetooth devices very easily and so far hasn't lost any connections randomly. Top buttons (rewind, forward, play/pause) are responsive and work well. Don't let the size fool you. This little speaker has a booming bass and amazing sound quality. I have it's big brother, the Extreme3, and this pocket sized speaker isn't far behind. Aside from being water proof, it's easy to tote around, throw in a bag, or stuff in a pocket for on the go tunes. The handy built in loop gives you options for hanging or clipping on a back pack.
