[Pros and cons below] So, I bought these cause my old headphones were old and breaking; I regularly play video games, so sound is a big thing, these are NOT for gaming. There is little to no bass, the sound is very monotone (?) I don't know how else to describe. The mic it comes with I very gain heavy but I didn't buy it for the mic. It also is very lightweight but feels cheaply made/fragile. TLDR; Pros; good for zoom/calls. Very noise canceling! It's great for average use. Lightweight & fits good. Cons; Minimal Bass, Old school stereo sounding. Isn't very good with directional sound for gaming. Feels very cheaply made. I wouldn't buy this for the price it's at.

The device has the headphone jack only. When I plug that in, all I get is sound . The computer doesn't recognize the headset at all. All of my other headsets have a USB plug in which usually allows for the microphone to work iirc. Now, my PC has a separate jack for headphones and microphones , right on the face . I'm not sure if it is a me problem or a bad design problem . Either way, I can't get it to work on my PC. Sound only .

This is an entry level headset from a trusted brand. I love the JBL line of Bluetooth speakers. This headset is lightweight and comfortable. The cushion is cozy and provide some level of noise cancelling. I love that you can mute the microphone if you need to. The sound quality is above average and not bass heavy.

I work in recruiting and decided I wanted a new headset for my work calls. Since switching from my old headset, the audio quality has been terrible. I've had several people tell me that I keep cutting out and I've tried this one two different computers. The mute button doesn't work either.
