Received ahead of the time scheduled and in good condition. Had to call manufacturer because I could not get speaker to turn on. However, manufacturer gave me some trouble shooting tips that solved my issue. Once operational, I am very satisfied with the quality of sound and do not regret my choice of the JBL Flip 6. I should mention that the JBL representative was very friendly in solving my issue and even ready to send me a replacement speaker if the trouble shooting tips did not work. Update: 10-22-25 Speaker worked well, but yesterday, could not get speaker to turn on or off. Called JBL customer support to report my issue and as mentioned above, their excellent support resolved my problem by sending me a replacement speaker. What can I say? It's a JBL! The truth is that you can trust this brand blindly, and the Flip 6 confirms it. I bought it three years ago and it still works and looks like new. The audio quality is excellent, powerful, and clear, and durability is its strong point. Since it's white, I wash it periodically to keep it spotless. I also bought a blue silicone case for it, which not only protects it but also looks great. I've gotten so used to seeing it with the case that sometimes I think it came that way from the factory, and when I take it off, it even looks strange to me. We upgraded from a Flip 4 to this Flip 6. JBL quality is top notch. Our Flip 4 lasted at least 10 years, maybe more. I like the color choices with the Flip 6. Opened the box, synced with phone and listened to amazing sounds the speaker put out. All without having to charge ahead of time. Love it!!

Good speaker they just sent me a used on and it was the wrong color but still a good one very good service sent me one the next day and I could keep this one until a month later the flip 6 and flip 5 sound similar juts the bass is a little bit better on the 6 and has a fuller sound if you want to save money get the flip 5 they sound very similar The main difference is the flip 6 has a new feature that u can use two speakers at the same time with one phone ... show more
