I rarely have to charge this thing and even when I do I don’t charge it for a while and it still gives me so many hours of listening time. It is so easy to clip onto my backpack or just clip it onto anything and it’s good to go. I take it to the pool and when it gets wet, who cares it’s water proof! It’s also a great shower speaker. Also it’s very easy to connect to your phone and once it connects for the first time as long as no one else connects to it all you have to do is turn it on and it’s connected! It is also really loud for how little it is and you can hear it from pretty far away. Plus the bass is AMAZING! She likes teal, and this color is a very pretty. The charging cord works well and the battery has a good hold. It can last 6+ hours after a full charge. It is easy to connect via Bluetooth to her iPhone and there is no lag or stutter. It is compact and fits her purse. "Mighty Little Speaker for the Outdoors!" I’ve been using the JBL Clip 4 for a month now, and I have to say—it’s way louder and clearer than I expected for something this small. The sound is crisp, vocals are clean, and it’s perfect for casual listening, especially outdoors. I’ve taken it hiking, clipped it to my backpack, and even used it in the shower thanks to its waterproof design. It’s survived rain and dust without a problem. Battery life is also great—I consistently get over 20 hours at moderate volume, which is more than the 10 hours advertised. Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, and the controls are simple to use. My only complaints: bass isn’t super strong (but that’s fair for the size), and the carabiner clip, while convenient, feels like it could eventually wear out with heavy use. Also wish it had a mic or previous-track button. Still, this is an awesome little speaker that punches way above its weight.
