Full disclosure, I'm new to printing and very new to printing in PETG. At first, this printed an absolute stringy mess on my Bambu H2S. The finished part looked like it had grown hair it was so stringy. I also had a real problem with blobs accumulating in the nozzle and then dropping onto the print...which created an obstacle for the print head the next time it passed over that area... which lead to it getting out of alignment... total disaster. After lots of trial and error, I was able to dial in the settings to get it to print pretty well with no blobs and no stringing at all and good adhesion. Print bed temp = 70, nozzle temp = 230 (made a big difference), flow ratio = .925 (made very big difference), Z hop turned on and set to spiral, print speed for all settings = 50mms (made a big difference). My parts are now nice and smooth with no issues. Because the price is so good on this 4 pack of white, I'll be getting more now that I have it figured out. The 4 star review is due to the mess in the beginning. Update: with the settings now dialed in, this filament has really impressed me. It has a silky smooth (satin) finish that hides layer lines perfectly. It's strong for functional parts and at this price point it's a great value. I've been getting the 4x spools and it's cheaper than the cheapest PLA I've found locally. I've also experimented with increasing the speed above the very conservative 50mms I originally set it at, and it printed flawlessly. Adjusting to 5 stars!

Works great. If you have a printer set up properly, this is sone good petg to print with. Pix are of a project printed in orange. Color is vibrant and withstands scuff and abuse.

Great quality, easy to use. I live in humid hawaii, humidity indoors stays around 55-65%, keep ac between 68-70f, i use 255c - 260c for nozzle & 70-75c for bed. Havent had a single hiccup, other than occasionally needing to cold pull, but that's rare & usually only need 2 pulls to fully clean.

Overall, this JAYO Rapid Matte PETG bundle is a solid choice. The filament prints very nicely with smooth, consistent results, and the matte finish looks great on finished parts. I had no major issues with adhesion or print quality across the rolls. The bundle is also a nice value, coming with black, white, red, and blue options. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the color pigment. The red comes out looking more like pink, and the white is almost translucent rather than a true solid white. Aside from the color concerns, this is a reliable filament that performs really well—especially if you like that matte look.

IT seems that at least 1 role of the bundle was NOT matte as it should be. Unfortunately, I was already into the print before I realized it. Switched out the roll. Fortunately, the thing I was printing wasn't all that important. However, the same print could not finish like many others because the nozzle keeps getting clogged while printing with this material. I've ruined quite a few prints because of this filament. In my opinion, it is garbage. I am not 100% certain it is really JAYO. I have other JAYO PETG that has printed fine. The packaging for this was non-existent (just filament vacuum sealed, no box).

This PETG is more of a matte finish than the Elegoo brand that I already had. Unfortunately I could absolutely not get it to print with other PETG out of my Qidi Box on my Qidi Plus 4 printer. I got constant clogs in my extruder from filament that seemed to have melted on the end during the loading and unloading process. I print PETG at 255° which is pretty low already for a rapid printing PETG (most want in the 260-270° range), but even dropping to 240° didn't help this stuff. I had to take my extruder apart at least 5 times to clear the clogs. Finally, I just switched back to the Elegoo PETG, and didn't have any more clogging problems. 2 stars because it's cheap, it does have a lot more matte finish as advertised (I was trying to avoid the shine), and I may get it to print off the rack outside of my multi-material box on single color prints.

I bought 12 rolls of this stuff for a little over $100 (around $8 per roll) which is a bargain for what you're getting here. This stuff is extremely easy to print after drying it properly (65°C for >6 hours - I did mine for 8) and calibration. They still use plastic rolls which is nice and they fit in the Bambu Lab AMS. The color of these is not matte but more of a satin or egg shell, but it's still vibrant and pleasant to look at. The texture is nice and smooth depending on your print settings and calibration. I have yet to have any issues with filament stringing, bed adhesion, bad smells, etc during prints and no brittle prints afterwards. Again, I believe this is due to proper drying (which Jayo recommends to do on their packaging), but I believe the quality of the filament does help a bit. I am beyond happy with this stuff and will likely be buying more of it. It might be replacing PLA+ for me all together. 10/10 Great job Jayo!

the white filament has a semi-matte finish, not nearly as good as Bambu HF, and has much less depth of color. haven't tried the other colors. otherwise printed OK
