Worst bike I bought for my son. I bought this bike not cheap but 1900$ with warranty. Just in three months brakes started giving problems and then tire goes flat. Customer service AI responses with no help it’s like talking to a wall. I fixed brakes myself thinking end of it. Flat is not like bicycle I’m a Gen X who patched bicycle tires all day long. When we complain they did not help with any tools or suggestions but just send us a video of inner tube bubbling. I broke bicycle Peter trying to open them broke regular size flat head. Just no help. I’m asking for refund. Please suggest anyone suggest quality dirt bikes like this. Thanks in advance

Delivered on time, bike is fast bust easily maneuvered. I did find it odd the battery was delivered a day or two prior to the bike but the charging cord came in the bike package.

Overall good bike but, there are some small things to fix. First thing, I like the fact that it actually reaches its max speed. Other ebikes usually dont. Also, love the look and the feel of the ride. I've had it for a few weeks now. The major problem I don't like is that feels like the back wheel wobble while riding once you hit top speeds. A little safety issue. The kickstand also feels a little to big. Can barely stand it up without it falling over. The hydraulic brakes are ok they could be better. But overall good. And last my battery dont lock. Other than that it's a good bike.
