    • Price and Quality
First off let me say that I've been a biker for my whole life. I didn't by a cheaper ebike to compare to my 4k carbon bike. I wanted something to have fun and enjoy nature when I didn't feel like punishing myself on a 20 mile ride. Excellent design and options considering this is a 1K Jasion X-Hunter. In my world, I would replace many cheap parts, and nobody offered exactly what I wanted. So, I bought this X-Hunter and made the changes. It's fast, it's powerful, the battery is strong, and it's a fantastic start to an obscure race to the top with ebikes. I've put this bike through it's paces, both gnarly hills and rough terrain, and it performed admirably. These bikes aren't made to go up hills like a mountain bike, I would say they are more for rolling terrain and urban outings, but again I have gone places I would normally only go with my mountain bike and I'm impressed...BUT....keep reading. I would give this bike 3 stars for many reasons...mostly that the parts are cheap, but given the price and customer response time I give it a 5. What I upgraded. 1. Newer 5 speed shifter (trigger shifter) not the junk that the bike comes with. 2. Newer 5 speed freewheel (that is the rear cassette/gears) 3. Newer derailleur, (the one that comes with the bike is embarrassingly GARBAGE, please Jasion, replace the Shifter and derailleur. For $20 dollars more you can have a tried and true brand component that works! 4. Zoom Ebike hydraulic 2 piston brakes, this should be standard, but a MUST upgrade. I will take a picture of my upgraded version soon. I will be upgrading the cranks and the front form eventually. Warning and Notes, the pedals should be replaced ASAP, and please please go through each bike component and tighten them ALL! Wear a helmet, and don't mess with the computer. This bike is set up perfectly, if you insist on going 30 miles an hour on a 1K ebike then it's your call. I would like to add that I also gave Jasion 5 stars because I feel that a good company will better their bikes over time and I hope they do, this is a solid ebike and I'll be buying another one for my wife. ... show more

    • Excellent E-bike with minor drawbacks
The Jasion X-Hunter bike is an excellent product overall. The ride quality, performance, and overall design have met my expectations. The only reason I am not giving it a five-star rating is due to issues with the setup process and a current product concern. First, the installation instructions could be clearer. It would be very helpful if there were direct links to the correct assembly video (as there appear to be two versions) as well as clearly organized written documentation. During assembly, there were small but important details that were not clearly explained—such as the correct orientation of the front wheel, the proper positioning of the handlebar latch, and the best method for aligning the handlebars. Although I was able to resolve these issues on my own, clearer guidance would have made the experience smoother and more user-friendly. Second, I purchased the two-bike bundle, and one of the bikes has an issue with the ring around the seat post opening. The ring moves, and I have not been able to secure it in a stationary position. While the seat post does not slide up or down once inserted, it does rotate, which is frustrating. I have contacted customer support regarding this issue but have not yet received a response. Lastly, the bike arrived requiring rear brake adjustments. While this may be common or possibly due to shifting during transportation, I would have expected the pre-assembled components to meet standard alignment upon arrival. Despite these concerns, the bike itself performs very well, and I would still recommend it to others. ... show more

We are very happy with this product. Perfect for our needs when camping. 4'11- 5ft women could have discomfort flat foot bike at stops. Battery life has been good, but we also don't just rely on Battery power.

I'm writing this review because the bike is okay, but there's a lot of issues with it. First and foremost, when I first got the battery the battery would die very quickly. I've charged it up. The battery still dies quickly. I had about 20% or 30% and the battery just cut off. There was a dent in the bike when I pulled it out of the box. The first bike they sent me got lost in transit and then they sent me another bike but The charger box they sent with this bike was cracked where you need to plug it in at. All in all, there are a lot of mishaps that they could have corrected ... show more

I like how fast it goes, without much effort. I DON'T like, the bike is NOT "Bluetooth" (it is not possible to pair the bike to an app). MOST OF ALL, I don't like how the manufacturer states "30+ mph at max speed", but I can NOT get it above 20.8mph (unless I go down a hill or literally pick up the back end of the bike) I'm 195lbs. And since there is NOT an app to pair to... the ability to "unlock speed settings" isn't an option. FAT TIRE is not public transportation friendly (don't fit bike racks). The bike is so heavy, it is impractical to fold it regularly for storage. The frame is so different than a standard bike, that most bike accessories (travel pouch, safety lights, bike lock storage, etc) won't attach with traditional methods. Overall, it IS easier to get around and extremely fun to ride. But it is very difficult to add anything "extra" to the bike that isn't already stock ... show more
