Was harder to get out of the box than to assemble. So well padded for shipping. Very solid if not heavy gauge. 71lbs. Box nearly 20lb. Rear basket is heavier than I expected. Cellphone holder is fully adjustable. Max street legal Wattage motor. A great buy. The only issue I had was the single tracking number given. Actually there is four. Caused a required police report for theft, when the tracking number provided was for associated parts. Unacceptable. Buyers should anticipate this, to avoid the issue. I've now been riding it long enough to need to charge the battery. The handle release button was stuck. After a couple weeks emails back and forth. An admirer got it unstuck. Now, the battery refuses to budge. No matter what the key position is. From what I've been able to detect. Their Support staff has one English literate person. And he's busy. So far, support has been a silent video, showing, what I emailed doesn't work. Support sucks!!

I got to say you get a lot of bike for the price range! I love this e-bike very much and would recommend the Jasion EB-X Electric Mountain Bike to anyone who is looking for quality at a super price. If there is any problems at all like a missing part or a defect the Jasion Support Team is right on top of the problem within 24 hours or so.

First time buying an ebike. It was very easy to assemble. The only defect when I got it was a bad headlight. I contacted the company., the got back to me within the same day and I had a new headlight on the way at no cost. This company and bike are great, I highly recommend them

Everything in this bike is great, the build quality, power and the fact that is foldable is great I can get it in my trunk with no problem. Has a great kick when you accelerate. Took it on regular roads, trails and all kinds of terrain even to the beach, had no problem with hills, it’s been very fun overall and quite a few people have asked me about it and now they want one.I liked the ability to fold the bike and load/unload in my suv with ease. It’s light enough for me as a female to pick up after folding and unfolding.Battery life for me has been stress free, I normally maintain a full charge. Easy to assemble- took me under a hour.
