My son and his best friend each got one of these bikes for Christmas 2023 they were both about to turn 15 years old and they love to fish around the Monterey Peninsula and needed a way to transport themselves. After looking through many reviews we decided this was our best bet had fat tires that could go on more terrain and kept a good speed being that there full size high school boys, and the backside basket was great to be able to attach fishing poles When the boys got their bikes, they were so excited took off immediately Christmas Day to go ride around the bike trail in our town. They also tested him right away to see how far they could go on a full battery. They had so much fun on these bikes, it was a great purchase. Now fast forward, and we've had the bikes for quite a few months and yes, we've had a few issues with the bikes. My son had the de railer fall off while he was riding.. I emailed to the Jason customer service and they got back to me right away. We're so friendly and helpful sent out all the parts I needed. A month later, we had a problem with the brakes my son was riding and all the bolts came out of the front brake. I emailed the company heard back with them again within the day and they sent me out what I needed as well as a new chain which had been an issue when we got the derailer. Most recently he was riding home downtown and went up the curb and popped the rear tire. I reached out to the customer service again and again within 24 hours they had responded to me and a new tire was in the mail. Don't hesitate Just buy the bike it's a great bike. It's a wonderful price. My son and his best friend have had so much fun on these bikes and I absolutely love that. The customer service has been friendly, prompt and responsive to all of my needs to me. That's a huge selling point.

Worst bike I bought for my son. I bought this bike not cheap but 1900$ with warranty. Just in three months brakes started giving problems and then tire goes flat. Customer service AI responses with no help it’s like talking to a wall. I fixed brakes myself thinking end of it. Flat is not like bicycle I’m a Gen X who patched bicycle tires all day long. When we complain they did not help with any tools or suggestions but just send us a video of inner tube bubbling. I broke bicycle Peter trying to open them broke regular size flat head. Just no help. I’m asking for refund. Please suggest anyone suggest quality dirt bikes like this. Thanks in advance

I absolutely love it.The bike came in the time is was stated to come, it was not damaged at all and the performance was perfect it’s fast, quiet, and sturdy,Im 5,6 200lbs and i fit perfectly on this and this bike goes the speed stated the only things I would say is the mileage is okay but not the greatest if you ride on mode 5 and 4 and the suppension could be better,and also my rear fender came a little bent up when package but no biggie, other than that I would recommend replacing the shock for a surron shock since it’s the same length.
