Seeing how I haven't ridden a bike in years and the fact that I'm an "older fella" I started looking into e-bikes. I saw various reviews of this bike on YouTube and was impressed with what the various people reviewing them had to say. So I took the plunge and purchased it and I'm glad I did. It's an easy bike to put together and it almost took longer unwrapping the bike than it did putting it together. I love the fact that it has pedal assist. That makes it much easier to get back into biking since I haven't rode a bike since my younger years. I like the fact that it costs under $1,000 since i didn't want to spend too much just in case I decided that it wasn't for me. Well, I love this bike! Easy to ride and you can adjust various setting to make the biking experience better. Only issue I had was the seat was a bit hard so I bought an after market seat and popped that on and now I can ride in comfort. This bike also comes with some tools to help put the bike together as well as a tail light (rechargeable) you can attach to the seat post so you don't get run over at night but I also purchased a good head light just for that extra safety factor. Comes with a battery charger that you can use for charging the battery while in the bike or you can take it out and charge it that way. All in all, I like everything about this bike. The motor has more than enough power to aid in getting up hills and you can also use the twist throttle if you want to take a break from pedaling. The brakes work well with all the stopping power you need and the fat tires help in providing a cushy ride along with the front and rear suspension. I had this bike going 25.4 MPH which is plenty fast for me. Overall, this is a great e-bike if you don't want to spend a lot of money. I've had this bike for just over 3 months now, and it's been fantastic for me so far. I use it as my daily driver to commute to work and around town, and it has worked great for everything I needed it for. It's very comfortable, the pedal assist and half-twist throttle work like a dream, and quite frankly is pretty fun to ride as well. I've also ridden it in a fair amount of weather conditions - ranging from hot sunny days, to heavy rain, and even hail. Additionally, I've left the bike out in some heavy thunderstorms while at work and it was perfectly fine after that. It is also really convenient how you can either charge the bike by plugging it directly into the wall or by removing the battery to charge that way (which is very easy to do). Jasion support also has been fantastic to work with. Shortly after getting my bike I had ran over a nail and punctured my tube, but the support was very understanding and sent out a new replacement tube since I only had the bike for a week at that point. I'm at around 520 miles and counting on the bike, and don't plan on stopping any time soon. This was well worth the investment and I would recommend it to everyone. ... show more

I figured I would write this review because I’m in the market for a new bike and I’m debating on buying another one of these or the X-Hunter. I bought this bike back July 2022 to replace a cheap starter one I had. I was a bit skeptical of the price but with the big tires and suspension, and the motor I thought it would be worth it, and it totally was. Out of the box assembly was pretty quick and painless with all parts accounted for. The size is perfect for me (I’m 6’3 210 lbs) and the weight capacity was more than enough to handle me and some groceries. The speed was pretty good but also safe. I bailed a few times and most I got was a few scrapes. The battery life was pretty good too but after about 4000 miles on it I could notice a slight dip in charge quality. The parts are also pretty cheap. I can tell that most of the parts came from a mass production warehouse because they either rusted really quick or just right out broke. I would honestly take it to a bike shop and get the bolts and nuts replaced as well as tuning it before doing any serious traveling in it. Pros: very fun to ride, battery life is very good, it can take a beating, tires and suspension makes riding on tough terrain or terrible roads easy to ride though, and the weight capacity is very serviceable. Cons: the parts are poor quality (the seat stem broke for example), customer service is not great at all, it cannot handle cold weather well (that could be the battery), the back tire is a pain to come off when you need to replace the tire/intertube. ... show more

When I was in Manhattan, NYC back in December for Xmas I was able to ride one of the CitiBike e-bikes around Central Park and Broadway. I was so amazed at the ease and smoothness of the ride that I fell in love with e-bikes right then and there. When I saw the price drop on the Jasion e-bike, I knew that I had to buy it. I mean 5 PAS modes, a color display, 500W battery, 20-40 mile range on a charge, foldability and so many other features associated with this fabulous electric bicycle. The item ships 95 plus percent assembled so the rest of the assembly was very straightforward and easy for me. However, maybe some of the assembled parts may have been a tad loose from shipping or something as my derailleur broke after less than 50 miles and within the first 2 weeks. Elena/Jasion Support Team were PHENOMENAL!! They sent me a replacement derailleur and also offered to pay my repair costs at the bike shop. I can happily report that my derailleur installation went well and Jasion/Elena sent me a full reimbursement of my costs. I'm back on the road again and a very, very happy camper. I LOVE THIS BIKE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FIRST TIME PURCHASE OF AN E-BIKE! THIS ONE BEATS THE COMPETITION HANDS DOWN!! ... show more
