Bike is good with a robust feel. Verify that speeds of 25-28mph are accurate. Ride is very smooth. Battery life is better than I expected and will last all day of around town riding. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful. Will order another one when I look to get more for the family.

Excellent product. Strong and well built. Some assembly is required. Piece of cake for the moderately mechanically inclined with ALL of the TOOLS provided. Looks tough and rides very well. It also conformed to all of my State's laws and regulations (California). The price was right as well, after comparison to other "similar" e-bikes. This one is much more heavy duty, so don't be fooled by lower price alone. You will need to add some air to the tires before you get that smooth ride.

Have had this for a few weeks. My biggest worry going in was the battery life and basic quality. Here's what I've found so far - Battery will get you the miles advertised, at least initially. I mostly ride with the bike set on 0 power assist once up to speed and use it on 1 or 2 going up hills. Longevity is still something I'm worried about. The overall quality seems fine - I know this is not a top-end ebike, so it's as expected. We purchased two of these - one for me and one for my wife. My wife's brakes needed adjusting right away. You will need to know how to adjust disk brakes at some point to use this bike. However, the front disk on my wife's bike needed to be bent slightly to make is not wobble. My bike came missing a neck bolt. The vendor replied to my question about it tell me what the bolt is and telling my to purchase it locally...they refunded $20 to my credit card. Assembly was relatively easy and tools are provided. The paint on my wife's bike was scratched up in a few areas, but no big deal to me. These bikes are very fun to ride! They are more difficult to ride on trails compared to a standard mountain bike because they are so heavy - 80lbs! But they are great for basic trails/dirt roads and cruising around town. It's not the same exercise as a normal bike, but it keeps you moving!

After having ordered 2 of this bike and riding them around for a month here are my key takeaways to share. Challenges 1. I see they addressed the issue with people saying the front wheel fork gets bent in delivery by putting a bar with 2 nuts on it. Confusing part though was this was not reflected in any videos or the instructions. For a noob this presented a challenge but eventually I figured out what it was, its purpose, and how to remove it. Overall assembly took me about 30mins per bike. 2. On one of the bikes the back tire was flat day 1. Pumping it up gets it good for about a day but it needs a tube replacement. I don't know how to replace it but what I have gathered with these bikes is that they are easy to figure out with enough online research and some basic tools. 3. There are no holes to install things like bottle holders and phone holders. Get ones with clamps! Things I appreciate about it, 1. For the price point it has been a blast! It has gotten me on the road after work most days which is a huge win for my personal goals. It is a ton of fun and having the ability to change from 0-3 in assist is helpful for when I want it off to push myself or if I need it at some points on hills and such. It will not get you up a steep hill by itself! But it will assist you which is mainly the point. 2. It has an intuitive feel about it. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, the throttle and display are sleek and handy, I can tell it was well designed. 3. I have taken it on paved trails and roads just fine, as well as some easy trails. It is rather smooth overall. 4. Battery life is great if you don't use the assist by itself or on higher levels for long periods. When treating it like a motorcycle or trying to go fastest it will die in about 2hrs of riding. But used as a gentle assist I got the same distance in that would normally cost me about 75% of my battery in about 10%. Used as a tool it is rather efficient and can last multiple trips. I am sure with time as I get stronger and build endurance I can make the battery really last. If you are looking for a fun entry point to an ebike that is well thought out and has some pep to it to get you out there then look no further! This bike is an awesome e-bike purchase!

This is my second E-bike and I am very impressed with it. I must first caution anyone thinking about ordering this bike that you should be at least 5'8" tall. I am 5'7" and it is a challenge getting my leg over the bike to mount it. Also I am 76 years old, that may be a factor as well. Assembly was much easier than the first bike I ordered on Amazon. Neither unit had clear directions in the manual. But this one was relatively easy to assemble. The manual does do a pretty good job in detailing how the settings can be changed. In fact some of it is over my head! It is quite durable and riding it is fun and pleasurable. I bought this model particularly for the fat tires and they do make a difference. It is interesting in the fact that my first bike (also a Chinese brand) had the typical narrow tires with pressure suggestion of 30-45 lbs. While the fat tire bike only requires 20 lbs! I ordered the rack for the back and find it quite handy. I have reached top speed of about 28 mph which is plenty fast. I normally set PAS at 2 (it goes up to 5) and keep gear setting around 6-7. One other thing to consider is the weight of the bike, with battery attached it is about 89#. In my opinion that is a heavy bike and I have issues moving it around in the storage room at rear of my garage. I do have the MyQ app on my phone which allows me to open/close the garage using the phone. Handy in entering/exiting the garage. I've added phone holder, bell, light switch for signal lights I already had and had to add the additional bar for some of these things, just not enough room on handlebars. I am very pleased with this bike and highly recommend it.
