I purchased two of the Jarlink stands. I made a charging station for our home. These stands are worth the price. The stands are weighted and will not move around. The stand is adjustable and will accommodate different device sizes. Stand One: I have a Lenovo laptop in the back slot and a Samsung Tablet in the front slot. Stand Two: I have a MacBook Air in the back slot and a iPad Pro in the front slot. I am able to to charge all of my devices perfectly in the stands. I love that I no longer have to have my laptops on the floor. Or worried that someone will spill a drink on my devices. Just recently, my six year old went around the house looking for something to prop up his tablet. (the tablet case that he had no longer held his tablet properly.) My son took my Jarlink stand to hold his tablet as he we watched his cartoon show. This stand worked perfect for his needs. So I was wondering if I should just purchase a cheap small device stand for my son's tablet. But after reading several reviews for several stands; I decided that I will just buy another Jarlink stand for my son's tablet. Even though the price is more than the other stands, I know that this product is great quality and will last a lot longer than the cheap stands.

Very well made, fully adjustable. I Velcroed it to my desk and use it to stand the laptop semi-upright so I can use and or see the laptop while I am using the triple monitor setup my laptop is plugged into. It saves desk space which is what I was after.

At first this was great. Did a good job of holding my MacBook Pro. After leaving my laptop in it for months, the soft cushion part that touched my laptop ended up discoloring/staining my laptop cover permanently. I tried all I could to see if it would get cleaned out but the damage staining/discoloration appears to be permanent. I should have paid more money for a better stand. I cheaped out to buy a low cost stand and now my $3,000 laptop is ruined.

I was looking for a good vertical laptop stand for my desk set up as I'm currently upgrading my components to get into the whole single ultra-wide monitor clean looking set up. The thing is, with the current state of things, I have two laptops that I use daily. One 17 inch Thinkpad laptop for work (daytime) and one 13 inch Macbook Air for personal use (evenings). Thing is I know that this whole work from home thing is only temporary and I don't usually work from home so buying into a dual vertical stand seems like a waste of money. I came across this thinking that I could clamp in my Thinkpad since it's bigger then just place my Macbook Air in the phone/tablet holder. It surprisingly works really well! Definitely not the recommended use with two laptops in it but I really enjoy this product. The build quality is superb. It has a very nice solid weight to it and I never feel like it can tip over. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to clean up their desk space a little!

I've used this for a few months now and this little guy is exactly what I needed to hold my dell xps13 (9365) vertically while docked at my desk. It also holds my phone. I was worried when I got it because it was so small (fit in the palm of my hand). I adjusted it to max width which is a tiny bit snug on the fat end of my laptop with protective cover noted below as purchased on amazon (it fits but lifts up with the laptop when I take it out). So I stand my laptop with the skinny end down which works fine. The main thing about this thing is that it feels sturdy and it is. I have no worries about it tipping over. Width adjustment is easy with the included hex key (recessed set screw on the underside). Details: my laptop with cover is 25/32" thick at the fat part (just over 3/4") and 21/32" thick at the thin part (just over 5/8"). Quality product, logo is on the backside so it isn't an advertising billboard, which is appreciated. It is adjustable and there are screws to lock it in place. I have a surface pro 4 and my cell phone on it and it is very sturdy with no tipping to any degree. I have even bumped it a few times and it stays rock solid. The rubber pads on the inside of the holstering part will occasionally grip the surface and the holster will come up with it if I do not pick it straight up, however, I have the slot adjusted with a pretty narrow margin of error so that could be alleviated if I left more slack. I am used to picking it straight up by now so I haven't had it happen for sometime. All in all, I really like it and would reccomend.

I really like the idea of this and it does clean up my desk which uses a Lenovo docking station. However, I have three reservations. First, the stand came with a scratch on the black finish. Not a huge scratch but a quality control issue. Second, the silicone pads are much lighter grey color - silver color really - than the picture. It makes the whole thing stand out more which I was trying to avoid by purchasing in black. Third, putting my phone on the side of the laptop stand was the reason I bought this particular stand and I realize now that doing so requires that the phone rest against the computer and therefore vibrate very loudly against my computer when it rings or buzzes on vibrate mode. For these reasons I can’t give this 5 stars. In my opinion it’s probably 3.5 stars. With a little more foresight and QC, this would absolutely be 5 stars.

I was absolutely amazed at the quality. It is very heavy, great color and adjustable. It saves a ton of space on my desk and keeps the laptop cooler. The only issue I had was that had to adjust it to fit my laptop. I have a Dell G5 1550. It has a width of about 24 mm. To adjust this there are four screws at the bottom that would slide together forward or back. This helps balance the weight I guess, but it isn't easy to adjust the bottom. This was just what I was looking for at a great price. Very much worth it.
