Used these tools for the first time today. Unfortunately, the final return date was 6 days ago. 😖 The head came off of the hammer, the screwdriver broke, the pieces do not stay put in the molded plastic, the tape came out of the tape measure (I threaded it back onto the spool several times, but it won’t stay), the battery won’t stay charged more than 15 minutes and the drill wouldn’t even pierce pine, the smallest hex wrench broke at the bend, and there was no level in the case. I ended up using a butter knife as a screw driver, the heel of my shoe as a hammer, & the tiles on the floor for measuring; that was more effective & efficient than the tools in this kit. 🤬 I cannot find the warranty info anywhere to request a refund or replacements. Would have been less frustrating, and possibly more entertaining, to have just thrown my money in the fire one dollar at a time. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL KIT!!!!!! ... show more

Wasn’t expecting much at this price, but it is actually a pretty neat kit. True, when you open the case, not all of the tools stay put. Not a major problem for me since they do all fit back in easily. I was skeptical about the drill being powerful enough, but it worked great on everything that I used it on. I am in the process of moving so I have a lot of projects that need a variety of tools. These are obviously not meant for industrial/commercial use, but for the occasional home improvement projects or repairs, I think that this kit will have everything that you may need, all in one place in an easy to carry, lightweight case. ... show more

    • Battery smoked and drill stoped working
It is very cheap quality product. After a week of using the drill stop working. I didn’t do much or hard work with that. But drill start smoking and stopped working. The other tools in this set is so weak and low quality. Don’t waste your money

I ordered this tool kit for my daughter, since she recently moved into a new house and had no tools whatsoever. She says she loves the kit so far. Its very handy for smaller household chores, hanging pictures, putting up shelving, fixing drawers, etc. While these are not commercial tools, it is still a decent starter tool kit. Excellent tool set. Good value, quality, and sturdy design. Use it all the time in my new home after my move. Has all the tools needed for most repair items around the home. Main negative is the carrying case. Tools on top half of case mostly fall out with each opening.

I rarely make returns on Amazon but when I received this product, all of the tools looked like it was recently glued together or used. The little saw seemed flimsy like it was going to break easily, the drill had a loud whining sound no matter what speed you would use it at, and everything seems like it would fall out of place with the toolbox it came with. ... show more

Only use this product one time the second time I could not get it to work! It would not lock in to spin the drill! It would spin without any pressure on it. The drill was still making noise like it was working but the head would not turn if you held it with your hand ! It was like it was in neutral. 2 hours later I tried it and it seemed to be working! It seems I'm having trouble trying to find out how to send it back also. It said it had a one year warranty! ... show more
