My 14 year old (Freshman in high school) loves this backpack. It's the perfect size for all her books and so far it's holding up well. I had a jansport in high school and still have it (I'm 35 now) so I wanted my daughter to have one since I know they last. Having the lifetime warranty also makes this a plus. She wanted this in black so she can style it with pins and other accessories.

This isn't my first Jansport bag and it won't be my last. I've been using their book bags since middle school. I've had many different colors, different designs, different sizes, and they always hold up. In school I would carry heavy books and throw the bags on the floor, my cats would claw the bags some times, as an adult they hold everything I need for working at the hospital without any worry and theyve always been reliable. The zippers are excellent, the material is durable and honestly resistant to staining. The colors are always very vibrant and this bag in particular was an upgrade from my old one because it has so many more pockets to organize my things. I cannot praise these bags enough and I currently have about 4 others at home one from high school, one from college, one I've used for work the past 2 years and another I got for when I went back to college. I also used them when moving house because they are so durable, they hold more than you expect, and they can handle some heavy lifting. Love the bag and I'm excited to carry it with me every day. ❤️

Got this as a gift for my daughter. The print is awesome and hasn't faded for two school years. The zips and capacity are the quality I remember from Jansport since the 90s. The fabric change feels like plastic. I miss the durable coated canvas that Jansport backpacks used to be made of. With lots of books, a laptop, lunch, and waterbottle the backpack holds up to carrying weight. Spills have cleaned off but stains didn't come out of the inside. The side pocket is large enough for my daughter's Simple Modern 22 ounce water bottle. We tried out my Yeti 36 ounce and the pocket stretched to accomodate that too!

This the 2nd JANSPORT back pack I have purchased. The first one I purchased for my daughter. She has been carrying it for 5 years. She carried it through high school and now into college. This one is for my son and I expect he will get many years of use from this. The size is perfect to carry binders, laptop, and books. Plus it has a small pocket in the front for pencils, earbuds, and other items. It has a side pocket for his water bottle as well. JANSPORT backpacks come in various colors and styles. No regrets with this purchase!
