Bought this went to put it on my boat looked at the wiring ON INSTRUCTIONS can you PLEASE tell me what the yellow wire and the blue wire goes to because I had an electrician look at it he even opened up the switch and the wires did nothing so I did not use them and the panel still worked. Panel: When I saw ‘Aluminum panel’ I thought this was exactly what I was looking for. BUT, it’s not an aluminum panel to my disappointment. It’s a plastic panel with what appears to be an aluminum insert in the center. The plastic panel is relatively thick though with six mounting points making it very secure overall. Switches: typical plastic dual LED rectangular rocker, all plastic. LEDs are quite bright. If you reconfigure the wiring and take out the switches, be cautious as they can pop apart relatively easy. Once in, secured and wired, they remain pretty solid as a unit. Wiring: Very pretty if you wish to use it as is. It is separated into two circuits (essentially). Volt meter and two switches; USB and two switches. My use was not a typical 12v vehicle. I actually used it for a custom desk I built. I required the panel so one switch controlled the USB and the volt meter; another for built in PC Fans; 3&4 are still in progress. I used AC to DC 12v power and wired it in. Bottom line: if it was all aluminum, an easy 4-5 star for me. If this doesn’t matter as much to you, then it’s a pretty decent value for the money. ... show more

Works as advertised and product was promptly shipped. Only issue is that it didn’t come with a schematic. This 4 gang rocker comes with 5 wires while most other gang switches only have 4.wires to hook up. The blue wire is a positive lead that sends power through the switch to what ever needs to be turned on or off. So there are 2 red wires and a blue one which, are positive. The black and yellow are negative. Took me second to figure it out. However, other than no schematic this is a great 4 gang rocker for the price. Well made ... show more

but if it is directly wired to battery the lights around the usb will glow continuously. I installed on a SXS and it works great. Had to put a power cut off switch for the switch assembly. This is a great product with everything included.

    • Nice piece. Needs better quality wire connectors.
Several wire connections were loose and weren't crimped very well. Had to pinch them down with pliers and re-crimp some. Everything else seems good.

Wanted to add some additional lighting under my travel trailer. This switch was easy to install and with the battery monitor and USB ports, I couldn't be happier. Also came with several sheets of switch labels.
