The NOCO GEN5X2 is a fully-sealed, waterproof onboard battery charger rated at 10 amps total—5 amps per bank—designed for 12-volt lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, including flooded, AGM, gel, and LiFePO₄ chemistries. It’s 37% smaller and delivers 43% more power than the previous-generation GENM2, making it our most compact and advanced charger yet. Each bank operates independently, allowing you to precisely charge and maintain two batteries simultaneously, even if they differ in type or condition. Selectable charging modes—12V, AGM, Lithium, and Repair Mode—offer tailored charging for battery health and longevity, while an integrated thermal sensor automatically adjusts charging in hot and cold climates to prevent overcharging or undercharging. For severely discharged batteries, Force Mode lets you manually begin charging from zero volts, a critical advantage for recovering deeply neglected batteries that other chargers can’t detect.
