I bought these because winter temps are starting in texas, anywhere from 45-80 degrees in the day and 28-55 for the lows depending on the day, it also happens to be the texas rain season. I already had motorcycle gloves that breathed well for summer but i needed something cold weather and water resistant for current temps. These gloves are not waterproof but water resistant, they should work in rain but not a heavy downpoor, but that is true of most gloves. These gloves have knuckle protectors which is important as that is the part of your hands to take the most beating in a wreck or a high side or a low side. The only thing I dislike is that the fingers are a little too long, which for my hands may slightly hinder phone performance but has worked great with no issues for riding. ... show more

The gloves came in so fast - under 15 hours from ordering!!! The look and feel are great. They promise to be a great investment. The reason I gave only 4 stars is that I just received them and only wore them for about 1 hour of biking ride. I will write more after the end of the biking season. By that time I will have used them lots more and as such I would be able to be more accurate about all aspects of these gloves. Having said that, I would highly recommend them on the initial experience with them. I have had a couple of weeks to use this pair of gloves and I would like to report that this is one heck of a product! The gloves get looser and fit so beautifully. I have noticed that I do not feel the light pain on my left hand as I ride my bike. That's the hand using the clutch. This is awesome. FIVE START and even more. Get it. ... show more

The fit is good and the leather feels nice. They work on touchscreens as advertised. I like the trigger-finger reinforcement, too. My only complaint is that the upper knuckle guard seems to be too small for the large glove. Only my two middle knuckles line up (and only sort of) with the protective shield. It's as though a set of small knuckles were sewn into the large gloves. ... show more

These were my everyday riding gloves for about 17,000 miles this summer, and I'm quite happy with the results. They held up well and were quite comfortable, even after several rainstorms. Dye bleeds a bit when you get them wet for the first time, but that's really to be expected.

I hit a deer on the highway going 60. The gloves took damage but nothing major happened to my hands be cause of these gloves. They start out stiff but after a week of wear they fit my hands beautifully. Great starter gloves and worth every penny

My first impression of these gloves was that they are relatively warm and comfortable. My second thought was, “How did all these scuff marks get in the leather?” Underneath the outer colored finish, the leather seems very dry and fragile; Almost flaky on the backs of the hands. I still gave them 4 stars, because I actually like them. The leather quality sucks, but they WERE fairly inexpensive… Ya can’t have everything… ... show more
