The two hole male end has a 1/16” notch on one side that MUST match the interior receiver! I did not see this and plugged mine in backwards! It was easy to push the plug in backwards. It is made of soft Mailable rubberized material! I soon started to smell hot plastic and pulled the plug! I carefully checked the plug and saw the indentation on the front side of the plug. Upon putting the plug in correctly, I could see the charging indicator on the battery pack was working. (Now my Bluetooth is not working) and I’m waiting for tech support to call me back.
