The only generator you'll ever need!
This is a beast. It's hard for me to even wheel it around. That being said if my house caught on fire tonight and I could only save one thing it seriously would be this. I have almost every size of Jackery (except the big boy 3000 which I sadly can't afford) so I've put a lot of money into this company. If you can save up for just one, make it this one. It will power everything. The battery holds power like a dream, you don't hear it running, super easy to use with the solar panels, and it's so easy to use that my kids can actually do it. I will say I don't use the app with it so that could change the level of difficulty.

Great product
Bought to use with a battery pack and we will get things going. I love Jackery as they have helped my reef tank through several outages!

Can't go wrong.
I bought this after hours of reviewing different brands. As an overlander, this thing has taken a beating and does EXACTLY what it says its capable of. I have since purchased more Jackery products for my home use.

Really happy I bought this
I bought this to use for camping in our classic camper. Still haven't used it for original reason This was bought refurbished and looked like new. We used it recently when the power went out in December. It was cold and this plus the gas generator and indoor electric heater we had saved us and our pipes from freezing. I really appreciate the fact that I can connect to it by bluetooth through an app on my phone. I like the wheels that make it easier to move around. I will probably buy the add ons for more battery eventually.

Don't buy RENEWERED !!
It was dirty and I cleaned it off and it failed solar charging the first day! I have a 450 watts soLar I use this to charge my 2 other 2K Jackery explorers. It blew out my $80 cable and I had a buy a new cable. I bought a new cable and used it had it a code and I saved my cable. I still use the cable to charge my 2 - 2k explorers at 300 watts every day !! Jackery made it right and took the unit back. But it was more difficult than I was expecting! I will never buy Renewed from them again !!! They do not test it before shipping it !! Mine showed up with white powderer and dirt all over it. It blew my solar cable and I had to fight the to take t back. NO MORE !!!
