The J.L. Childress Elite Padded Travel Bag is designed for an Infant Car Seat and Stroller Combo, such as the Doona (fits BOTH seat AND base). The Elite also fits most other infant car seats and bases, and fits the Evenflo Shyft DualRide SEAT ONLY. Please measure your car seat before purchasing this item to ensure compatibility. The Elite Padded Travel Bag has thick padding and durable, premium materials to properly protect your infant car seat and stroller combo. Padded, adjustable backpack straps ensure comfortable, hands- free carrying. The Elite uniquely attaches to a stroller handlebar with built- in buckle straps to easily transport through the airport. Scratch-resistant material has been added to the bottom of the bag for extra protection. The bright red Gate Check tag can be used if gate checking your gear for added visibility. A discreet silicone AirTag holder is attached to the interior of the bag, allowing you to insert your own AirTag and track your valuable car seat and stroller combo. Backpack straps detach and tuck away during transit to avoid damage. The dual zipper, large opening makes it easy to take your gear in and out of the bag, and can be locked for added security. Use the top carry handle to easily lift your bag and the clear ID pocket and ID card to identify your bag. This bag is perfect for travel! I have an uppa mesa car seat and I really wanted a good bag for protection at gate check. It’s padded and the perfect size for the car seat and if you had a doona it would fit the whole thing perfectly as well! . As a ftm I didn’t realize you had to carry this stuff to the gate yourself so the backpack straps saved my life having to also carry the baby to the gate. I bought this for our newborn’s first flight, and it worked great! It fits our Doona perfectly and was super easy to put on. I love that you can hide the backpack straps when you’re not using them. We attached it to the stroller while in the airport, which made traveling so much easier since we didn’t have to carry it. It comes with a Velcro strap to secure it after you roll it up, but it’s not very sturdy. I do wish it were attached to the bag because it’s easy to misplace, especially when juggling a baby and all their gear. The only padded bag I could find during my research that would accommodate the Evenflo Dual Shyft stroller/car seat combo. Be aware the base must be removed, as it will not fit. You must carefully pack as shown on the video, otherwise it will not zip. I along with 3 random passengers learned this while in the airport at the gate (facepalm).
