  • Lovely nude base color
Color: Agnes
Faded Petal, Pale Watercolor are lovely descriptions of this shade since it is very much a pale mute nude shade with just a touch of mauve pink. I personally love having a nice neutral nude as a base color for most of my nail art and this is beautiful. The nail brush is on the thinner side and I prefer them to be wider brushes for getting a more even coat and prevent streakiness. It takes about 3 coats to get a nice opaqueness. Although it's not the most self-leveling polish, it dries down much quicker than other brands I've tried. It does have your typical nail polish smells, so there is that. The aesthetic of the bottle is nice but for the price, I think I'll stick with OPI or essie. ... show more

  • Kaotik Reviews of the J. Hannah Nail Polish in the shade Blue Nudes
Color: Blue Nudes
I recently tried this brand out the and I have to say, I am absolutely in love with it! Not only is it a stunning color, but the fact that it is vegan, non-toxic, it even better. First and foremost, the color is absolutely beautiful. It's a perfect blend of blue and nude tones, creating a unique shade that is both bold and subtle at the same time. I received so many compliments on my nails when I wore this polish and I couldn't help but admire them myself. But what really sets this polish apart is its clean and ethical formula. As someone who is conscious about the ingredients I put on my body, I was thrilled to find out that J. Hannah Nail Polish is vegan and non-toxic. This means that it does not contain any harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, toluene, or phthalates, making it safe for both my nails and the environment. Additionally, knowing that this polish is cruelty-free and gluten-free adds to my appreciation for the brand. It's reassuring to know that no animals were harmed in the making of this product and that it is suitable for those with gluten sensitivities. One of the best things about this nail polish is its long-lasting formula. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even after a week of wear, there were minimal chips and the color was still as vibrant as when I first applied it. This is a huge plus for me, as I often struggle with finding a polish that can withstand my daily activities. Lastly, I love that this nail polish is made in the USA. As someone who values supporting local and small businesses, it's great to know that my purchase is going towards a brand that is made in the country I call home. Overall, I highly recommend the J. Hannah Nail Polish. Its stunning color, clean and ethical formula, long-lasting wear aspect make it a must-have in any nail polish collection. I can't wait to try out more shades from this brand and continue supporting their mission of providing high-quality, environmentally friendly nail polish. ... show more

  • not my favorite
Color: Deep Purple
Overall, I was just ok on this polish. It came packaged in a nice little box, and the color was as expected. The polish itself seemed very thin though, and took multiple coats to get decent coverage. While I appreciate that it is vegan and non-toxic, I still don't think its worth the price. They have a decent variety of color options, and maybe the other colors cover better. But honestly, I don't think I would recommend this polish. ... show more

  • Cruelty Free, Vegan Nail Polish
Color: Agnes
I try to buy cruelty free products and was excited to try this nail polish. I was immediately happy with the color I ordered and the application thickness. The polish seemed a little thin going on compared to the big brands, but I actually liked that. It has a very strong odor. It reminds me of older nail polish where it smelled for a long time after it had been applied. This polish seemed to dry in a reasonable amount of time, but I guess one of the “bad” ingredients that was left out was the one that covers up the smell a little more. I did not mind that too much, but some people might. I think it is a little expensive for what you get, but often that’s the case with cruelty free products. ... show more

  • Dries quickly, subtle and elegant color, stubborn cap
Color: Akoya
This is my first time trying vegan nail polish - and also a product from this brand. The bottle arrived well packaged in a beautiful box. It is 0.5fl oz in size. I chose this color because it appeared subtle and neutral - and also could be layered by itself or with a different color. The color is the same in person; it is a subtle and sheer pearly champagne. The intensity can be increased slightly with multiple layers. The brush is comfortable to use and evenly distributes the product. The polish dries quickly. I love wearing it on my toes. It looks clean and elegant and catches the light beautifully in a darker setting. I'm a dancer and my toes are often beat up etc so I like to compensate with a shiny/shimmery nail polish - and this polish accomplishes this. As a side note, the cap was very very hard to untwist. I struggled for a while before wrapping a rubber glove around the cap and untwisting it that way. ... show more

  • Color not accurate to photo, streaky consistency
Color: Agnes
The shade that I ordered, Agnes, does not look like the color in the photos. It looks like a pale neutral pink in the photos, but in real life it's more like a bland tan color. The formula is quite watery, and results are streaky when you apply. It takes 3 coats to reach opaque level. Another reviewer pointed out that this nail polish is only 5-free, not even 7-free. You can get 7-free nail polishes at half this price point if you're looking for non-toxic nail polish. I don't like to knock small brands, but I cannot recommend this nail polish to anyone. ... show more

  • Good overall
Color: Agnes
I got the shade Agnes. I was hoping there would be a little more of a pink tone to the nude, but there's a bit more tan than I expected. It's still a nice pink/nude, but not quite my ideal--I'd be curious to try Himalayan Salt sometime, or even Saltillo . It goes on in thin coats, which I like. This color needs 2-3 coats depending on desired sheerness. It dried smoothly and had typical wear (under a week for me). The smell is quite strong. I was hoping it might be a little lighter with all the marketing about non-toxic, but it just smells like normal nail polish. It doesn't say anything about being 7-free, in retrospect, so maybe it's not as natural as I hoped? I'm not sure. ... show more
