Best steamer on the market. Do not be fooled by the other steamer brands' gimmicks and attachments. This is my second Jiffy Steamer. Had the first for about 20+ years, same model. This purchase occurred because 'Dummy me'..forgot to turn it off (after about 24 hours) and burnt out the blower. It still heats but no steam. The J-2 model has been revamped. We bought the J-2 Steamer with Plastic Steam Head. The box was sealed shut and did not look like it had been previously opened, so the missing contents were probably missing when they originally packaged the box at the factory. The label on the box stated that it came with the steam head. However, there was not a hose or steam head in the box, but unfortunately, we didn't open the box until a few months after we received it. It's worthless without these parts, so, we now have to separately purchase a hose and steam head. Check the contents immediately upon receipt. UPDATE: We were pleasantly surprised. Invested in a Jiffy Steamer because I've always heard how great they are. The pink one is metal, not plastic, and I'm so glad it is. The unit heats up quickly, but if you don't wait for it to be completely hot, it will drip on your clothes (patience is a virtue!) Some items still require a good old fashioned iron and ironing board for my liking, but if you need a quick steam on a sweater, jacket, t-shirt, this is really handy.
