The media could not be loaded. ok people, I thought It would be impossible to make it over, after 30 min of trying, I decided to charge it more for about an hour. after that I felt something when I was putting it near the center, it feel like a little bit of resistance, you'll definitely feel it compared to the regular magnet, its like it hit some kind of spot. once you feel it, you put your fingers under it and make very small circles until you can remove your fingers. the reason why people couldn't make it work it because for some reason ( I think it need to be charged enough) the sweet spot doesn't even appear and its like trying to make over 2 magnets. just impossible. so if you don't feel that small resistance , don't even bother and charge it, then try, if when you try, you don't feel it anymore at some point, remove the saucer completely from the magnet attraction and then try again. its actually easy to put it on when you realize that but impossible if you don't feel it. I guess the main point is to charge it a good amount of time before trying. hopefully it will help. after that it looks amazing and rotate almost indefinitely and its actually very stable ! edit: now that I know the trick. it takes me about 10 seconds to make it float ... show more

    • Arrived broken. Now noisy.
The product arrived broken with the base disconnected from the platform. The packers would have known it was broken when they packed it. Was able to fix as the screws that connected the platform to the base were just not screwed down. But now, getting worse over a few months, the speaker makes a lot of noise. Probably because a power fluctuation will cause the UFO to magnetically slam into the platform. Also it is hard to get the UFO into position. If it wasn't for the noise I would have been fine with the product. But now I can not recommend it. ... show more

We can not get the uof to levitate! It looks great,sounds ok. Also the ufo doesn't hold a charge for very long.

I like everything about this product, would I lost it like instructions in English. The sound is amazing the quality was beyond my expectations it's very sturdy and stylish. Everyone I showed this to was as amazed as me!!!
