It has great twirl factor with built in modesty shorts so you’re good to go for endless twirl sessions! Fabric quality was as nice as her other pleated uniform skirts. Fit was true to size. Be aware this skirt has an elastic waist but it does not have an adjustable waist where you can tighten it. My daughter is 6 and spills things so I wanted dry fit material. This was perfect!! It has a dry fit material and is durable. She does physical fitness in this skirt at school and it holds up well. Fits my daughter perfectly! Elastic waist band. I think it is great quality for the price.
