Does this fit an elongated or round toilet bowl? How do I know which one to buy? Most of us found it fits round toilets perfectly. However, PLEASE measure your toilet before ordering. If you have an elongated toilets, make sure you select the "Elongated" model. I don't have an electrical outlet near my toilet. Can I still use this? The cord is only about 4.9 feet long. Most of us had to run an extension cord or hire an electrician to install a new outlet. It needs a standard 3-prong outlet. Does the water come out cold? Is it uncomfortable in winter? The water heater works great. It takes about 1-2 seconds for the warm water to reach the nozzle. As long as the unit is plugged in, the water stays consistently warm. Does it come with everything I need to install it? Yes. In the box you should find: The seat, the T-adapter, the flexible hose, and the mounting hardware (bolts/nuts). You will need: A flathead screwdriver and possibly a wrench to tighten the water line. What happens if it breaks after a few months? Don't worry, this bidet seat comes with a 2-year service.

The IYTATA, purchased later for other rooms, is both feature rich and easily installed; I’ve purchased and installed 2 of the IYTATA bidets, after noting its beneficial features. I was very excited to purchase this. But once I opened the box, it’s a beginning of a nightmare. First of all, it doesn’t have clear instructions on how to install the toilet seat. It took me over an hour and to put one of the plastic piece together into the toilet. And it does not stay still and kept popping out multiple times. Once it pops out, I have to unscrew everything and start over again. It’s like the others say, it’s a plastic piece and it’s not durable. After multiple tries, we finally figured out a way to have the piece stay in the hole without popping out(that’s 2 hours later) Then here comes another issue, the cover will not stay open and make it very hard for my kid to use the bathroom. The cover will keep closing even though my son is sitting on the toilet seat. So, that’s it. It needs to be returned, it’s a piece of junk that wasted of our time, over 2 hours of installation and turns out it’s useless. In my opinion, the instructions need to be written clearly not just only 2-d photo to expect customer to understand. Second, it’s an over $100 item, at least use a better quality pieces, regardless the toilet seat itself, the small pieces are useless and not flexible at all. I wouldn’t recommend this item unless you have the willingness to figure it out to all the issues I had above. ... show more

Lovely addition to our bathroom! Heats fast and love that the water and fan are heated and temp can change with the remote. The lid is not sturdy like a regular toilet lid so keep that in mind if you need to set anything heavy on it.

I love this, don't know how I lived without it. I got the elongated one, but it is still very small. Its not the most comfortable thing to sit on, but it's great to use. Warm water and warm air dry. Both can be too hot, so set the temp to mod for both to start off. Love this, but wish the seat was more comfortable. ... show more

Easy to install great product. Didn’t fit on my toilet and gets loose from time to time. But my issue is the functionality. It has a dryer and heating system. But the heater never works, or at least I don’t feel it. I replaced it ask thought it was defective , and still the same thing. But it still gets the job done. Also sometimes I’ll push buttons like rear wash, it comes out for 2 seconds then returns. Or it will do a self clean instead of rear wash ... show more
