This is an interesting dress. It gives the look of a sweater-dress, but feels lighter and more breathable. The fabric is almost…spongy? But does fit the body nicely. The color is vibrant and pretty, and the zipper unzips to a perfect level so it gives a flattering v-neck without being too revealing. My only criticisms are, it came VERY wrinkled and I’m hoping now that it’s hanging, it will release. Also, the “winged” sleeve gives an odd bump over the corner of my chest…not crazy about that, but the rest of the dress is nice enough that I’ll give it a try and see if it looks weird in photos.

I love sweater dresses, especially when they are a simple design such as this. The material feels good quality and has a good stretch to it, and it is not see-through. It’s also very soft to the touch. That being said, it arrives in an airtight package upon delivery so when you open it, it is extremely wrinkled. It will need to be steamed because I put it on and wore it for a while, and the wrinkles did not go away. This can be a very versatile piece in your wardrobe, because even though I plan to wear it with boots or heels, I could also see wearing this with flats or basic white tennis shoes and a baseball cap. This is a lighter weight sweater dress, and could easily be worn in the spring as well. It does fit true to size. Good value for the money.
