This mattress is extremely firm, just to my liking. I came from a serta icomfort with an adjustable base. I loved it but eventually it became too soft. This mattress allowed me to use my adjustable base and sits roughly in the same footprint. Sheets all fit. Mattress will require a waterproof protector if you sleep hot. Un boxing was easy and it returned to full expanse 24-36 hrs. I didn't notice a smell but maybe that's my allergies. Would reccomend

I am so impressed by this mattress - it's firm, but it hugs you. You sink in, and then it has your back. Literally, my back feels better after sleeping on this after 3 nights. Can't believe there are other mattresses that are basically the exact same but for like 5x as much. This is such a good value. I wish I had time to go take a nap so I can hang out with my matresss some more.

I setup the mattress exactly as the guide said. I didn’t sleep on it the first day. But from the moment I did until currently, THIS MATTRESS IS UNCOMFORTABLE. I really hoped it would have provided me a good nights rest, but that has yet to happen. I have gone back to sleeping on a thick pad on the floor. I can’t take it. To the reviews that I took into consideration…. I’m disheartened.

I ordered a queen medium firm. I’d say it’s more firm than medium firm but still cozy. Only took a few hours to expand, I unzipped the zipper to help it expand faster. I was skeptical about ordering this because of the other reviews but it’s worth it. Fit my bed frame nicely and I had no issues.

You get what you pay with this mattress, but it’s not bad at all for the price. Would and probably will buy this mattress again when this one wears out.

My Son purchased what they call a Medium/Medium Firm mattress that he likes, I sat on his bed and it was not bad, it gave a lot sitting on it but when you lay, not so much, it felt better than a reg mattress, but I wanted to try something a litter firmer after had 2 back surgeries and my wife also has lower back issues, that would leave her sore on our old mattress. I spent extra on a firm one. When I first laid on this one I was thinking I made a mistake, It was so much firmer than my son's... It barely sank half as much as my son's, sitting on the end of the bed, and laying down the top layer molds to your body but I don't sink as much as my son's medium firm... I was sure my wife was not going to like it, and I thought I would be uncomfortable for her, but after the first night she said she slept well, and after a week not one sore back in the morning. It is hard trying to find information on the different firmness of these foam mattresses, some are listed as medium firm in the item description but the manufacturer notes says medium, so it is hard to trust what a medium memory foam mattress is... I'm 5'10 218lbs and the support is different by a wide margin between a medium/medium firm and this Firm mattress. I figured I am already saving a lot buying a memory foam mattress versus a traditional good quality mattress from a mattress store. I had started looking to get the best I could for around $300 but I noticed they were all mediums of some type, while most firm mattresses are in the $450 plus price range at least for a 12-inch King one. So glad we went this route.

The product description says that this mattress is firm. True, it is firm. However, after laying on the mattress for a few hours in one position, the memory foam has sunk in enough to make it difficult to "get out of the rut" and change positions.
