When I first set this bed up I was a little worried because I could feel the coils at first, but it was 2 minutes after removing it from the plastic. After letting the bed fluff up I can no longer feel them as the pillow top fluffs up and feels amazing. I love this bed. I made the mistake of getting a medium firmness bed before, and my back did not like it. After a couple years we decided to get a firm from the same company and it's been incredible. Definitely one of the best beds I've had, and I've bought $1500 mattresses in the past. There's no need to get a mattress that expensive when mattresses like these exist. I was hesitant about ordering a mattress online because I knew that I'd never be able to return it if I didn't like it. I mean, I could but it would probably cost a fortune to ship it back. So I decided that if I did this, I'd have to keep it and find a way to make it work, no matter what. Luckily, I'm really happy with it! Typically I like a much firmer mattress. This one is not firm, but it's not overly soft either. I do sink into it some, but it's also very supportive and I have noticed that I do not wake up with any back pain, or hip or neck pain, none at all. I sleep very soundly on it, rarely even waking during the night at all. I have been sleeping on it for just over a week now and I'm glad I took a chance on it. Who would have imagined that a full mattress could be compressed down and rolled up into a skinny box like that? I have to note that the box was VERY HEAVY and I couldn't handle it myself, especially getting it up to the 2nd floor where our bedroom is. My husband had to bring it up for me. But it was easy to get it out of the package and it was fun watching it re-inflate! It seemed to be fully back to shape in a matter of hours, so I went ahead and slept on it that first night, no problems with it. As long as it holds up well over time, I would absolutely purchase another of these! 6 Month Update: I have been sleeping on this mattress every night for the past 6 months and I'm still really happy with it. I haven't noticed any sagging or dents forming at all, even on the edge where I will often sit to put on my shoes, etc. This mattress cannot be flipped to the other side to prolong its life, but I have rotated it once just to avoid compressing it too much on the same side. Mattress is for a guest room. It serves it purpose, but when one sits on it, be careful or you'll fall/ slide off. Once in the bed it is comfortable. Can hear the springs a little. If the lateral side were more supportive, it would be a great find. As it is is a good economy find. Not for everyday sleeping, unless money is tight and need something to tide you over to do better I placed a nice mattress pad on it also. I gave 1 star for pain relief because it didn't apply. mattress is very soft but took off for lack of side support ... show more

This bed feels like laying on a cloud. All my friends that come over to hang always rave about how comfortable my bed is. 10/10 would recommend. Please by a mattress cover to avoid stains. Told myself I’d do it and never got around to it. But the mattress is still in good shape!

    • If Getting Paid to wait was a thing.
After Carefully reading the Reviews I decided, take the leap of faith and get it. The upside to this Order was that Delivery was fast! It came a day before expected deliver date. We had no problem unrolling and waited for the mattress to fluff up as it should but the corners were so deformed while it was trying to go back into it shape. Waited and waited and nothing, Here I was left my phone on a phone stand to record the amazing transformation and I forgot to hit record. What a joke on my end. This mattress was advertised as Medium Soft, more like tooo soft. I am 5'2 at 120 lbs and my husband is 6'2 and 205 lbs and we both sat on it and sank straight in. Yep not the mattress we were expecting. I expected a slight firmness to it but overall it was the deformity of the corners that isn't sitting right with me, especially for the price. I decided to wrap this mattress into a new mattress plastic bag and requested a pick up for a Return/Refund. I just can't understand why 3 corners just didn't budge and looked droopy. I'm now on a search for another mattress that doesn't come in a box hopefully since all mattresses nowadays are delivered in a box. ... show more

So it’s been over a week since I got the mattress and I am honestly impressed. I was really nervous about ordering a mattress online because you can’t try it , but so far it’s been great . It’s the right amount of soft and firm. My husband and I (both plus sized people) are able to comfortably sleep on this (both side sleepers) with our 3 cats . Even then , there is plenty of room .
