The instructions were ok, they were clear. Once it was finished, it fit perfectly in my bathroom. Fits nicely in my kitchen, had to have my boyfriend put it together though, because the instructions are just pictures. The drawers are smaller than I thought they were, but I can still mostly fit my plastic cooking utensils in them and my knives (only the smaller ones like steak knives fit) I have my kitchen towels stored in the bottom and the bottom shelf is just extra storage for paper and stuff. ... show more

I originally bought this to add some storage in my bathroom, however, it wasn’t giving me the space I needed. Instead, I moved it to an open wall in the hallway and it fits the area perfectly and adds some character. It was easy to build alone and is sturdy.

Absolutely terrible customer support. The cabinet is fine, but upon receiving the package, some of the door panels were already scuffed up and scratched to the point that not even furniture touch-up paint will do the job because one of the panels is completely discolored. A drawer was already scratched upon arrival. After contacting customer service, they stated that they cannot ship out the door panels because it does not affect the functionality of the cabinet and to use touch-up paint. That is practically the worst response I've ever gotten from a company. That's basically saying that even if they ship you a cabinet with severe scratches, you are supposed to accept this. Or take for example, if they put a door panel with a completely different color, they won't honor it just because the door panel still works. This company should do a lot better at reviewing their panels for this cabinet before packing up their panels to ship. I hardly ever leave any reviews, but this is absolutely terrible on the company's part. ... show more
