The cabinet went together easily enough but it was a struggle at times. Some of the holes didn't line up with the pieces that needed to be attached. This was especially true for the hinges. That made for some difficult attempts with a hand screwdriver. Until I pulled out my drill. I recommend having a drill on hand when or if you encounter the same. The directions were comparable to Ikea directions. Not hard to understand but there is some thinking involved. After the cabinet is assembled, its pretty basic. If you're looking for something to set your place apart from others this isn't it. If you want a cabinet because you need one, then this is the one for you. ... show more

Arrived in good shape, easy to assemble. I didn't realize the shelf within the glass door section could not be moved/removed and that entirely ruined my intended use for this as a mini liquor cabinet. It's a decent quality and I may replace and repurpose it.

I have 2 of these. They are easy to put together (especially if you make your husband do it lol) they look really nice when you are done. They aren't very sturdy so we used some L brackets to help. Do i think these will last the next 50 yrs? No.... but they look nice and they are functional.

The media could not be loaded. Upon arrival, one of the side pieces had split at the end. I had to weigh whether it was more of an inconvenience to return the unit or to apply wood glue and clamp it for 30 minutes. You'd never know by looking at it, now that it's assembled... but I would expect to not have to make a decision like that as a customer. I would have liked to have had a protective film on the glass windows for shipping. They are both scuffed up a bit. It definitely felt flimsy before I glued the extra wood to the base. I also applied wood glue to the piece on the front below the lowest shelf. The felt pads on the legs and the anti-fall hardware were thoughtful touches. ... show more

Overall I'm pleased with the cabinet. In my opinion it is a bit on the small side for the price. The build quality is pretty good and it does seem sturdy enough for our use in a bathroom. In fairness I need to subtract a star due to missing pieces in the box. I had to use my own finishing screws to attach the backboard clips as well as the magnetic plates. I was also missing the slotted piece that joins the 2 backboards together. Other than being cosmetic or an inconvenience that these items were missing I really cannot be bothered.
