The media could not be loaded. EDIT: Customer service on Amazon got back to me. I am still unable to access the website on IwalkUSA. They were extremely prompt in replies and have sent me a replacement as well! So, review rectified! Barely used over the last year, mostly kept in bag as backup. I enjoy the compact size and simplicity of this product. The battery life and charging work great while I'm out and about and does not get in my way. Truly feels an extension of my phone. The only downside of the product is how long it takes to charge the portable charger. It does take quite a while to charge but I just let it charge overnight to fix this inconvenience. I had this charger saved to a list for awhile as I'm about to move abroad and had my eye on this to travel with, but since my phone's battery hasn't been doing great, I decided to just buy it now before I went to the Eras tour this past week. I don't know if I got an especially defective one or if those leaving good reviews just haven't used a truly quality phone bank before, because I never leave reviews, but I really don't want anyone else to be misguided. I was drawn to this charger because I *love* the compact design and hate dealing with the chords and bulkiness of other charging banks. However, I let this bank charge for a full day before heading to the concert, and it looked as if all of the battery indicator lights were full. After a long day of traveling and waiting in lines, I decide to plug this into my phone around 8pm when my phone was at 30%. I noticed right away that this bank was charging my phone pretty slowly, but I wasn't concerned until some time passed and I noticed the bank's charge was down to two out of three battery level lights, and my phone was only up to about 37%. Mind you I was taking some video during this, but certainly not enough to drain the battery like that. I turned my phone off during the parts of the concert that I knew I wouldn't want too much photo or video of, and plugged this in and out intermittently throughout the night just to keep my phone from dying. But I decided to keep it plugged in the whole time on the hectic walk to the train station and the train ride home. During that time, the charging bank died. So from the first plug in, then a few hours of intermittent charging, to one full hour of being plugged in, this bank lasted from approximately 8pm-1am, AND my phone only ever charged to 60%. So yes, I 100% cannot recommend this product. I've used other banks that hold several days worth of phone charges and they charge the phones quickly. With cell phone battery's being so finicky nowadays, if you get a charging bank you want it to be reliable if you're traveling by yourself, it's practically a safety device. I'm glad I figured this out before I went abroad with it. I see that this brand has other models and maybe they actually work as I'd expect a portable charger to, but unfortunately even though I'd love to have the compact design this brand offers, I really just don't trust them to make a quality product. ... show more
