It is a bit slow to charge my phone. Because of its size it's easy to slip it and my phone in my pocket and give it the time it needs to charge. I used a longer charging cord so I could use my phone while it was charging. This thing was great when a wall outlet was not an option. I carried it throughout Alaska and never worried about not having my phone charged. Excellent choice for my needs. And best of all - my phone would get to about 20% before I plugged it in - it charged my phone at least 4 times before I needed to recharge it! ... show more

I found that it charged up very quickly when I first plugged it in - less than 5 hours - and it charges both my phone and my Airpods faster than regular charging cables. Yes, it’s big and rather heavy, but it still fits into my work bag and luggage. I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the Ekrist 26,800 mAh portable charger. As someone who relies on a power bank to keep my body camera charged during long security shifts, I needed something dependable. Unfortunately, this product has been the exact opposite. Reliability & Longevity This charger simply doesn’t hold up. I’ve gone through two of these in a short span, and both stopped working within three weeks of use. I only use it to charge my body camera, so it hasn’t seen heavy use. Initially, it works fine, but after a few weeks, it just stops functioning altogether. Build Quality & Performance While the charger looks and feels sturdy, that doesn’t translate into lasting performance. For a product that’s supposed to offer reliability, it’s incredibly frustrating to see it fail so quickly, especially when I’m relying on it for work. Overall I cannot recommend the Ekrist 26,800 mAh portable charger. It may work well for the first few weeks, but don’t expect it to last. For anyone who needs a dependable power bank, especially for professional use, look elsewhere. This product has been nothing but unreliable. ... show more
