The factory carburator on my bike was set way to lean and wasn't adjustable. Bought this one and right out of the box the bike ran but was still to lean. After a jet change (included with carb) and some fine tuning adjustments, this carburator had my bike running perfectly. Has way more power and exhaust pipe doesn't glow anymore. Worth every penny. Might have to do some adjustment for the throttle cable when you put on-as I did. Because the attachments make the carb sit further away (no biggie) And DEPENDING on circumstances, might have to change a jet that it comes with, it cut out on me for a brief second at about 8k RPM’s. STILL HAPPY WITH PURCHASE THO. Runs and rips just fine. Night and day difference between stock and the Nibbi. I DONT regret buying. Be sure to buy the air intake manifold & Filter for it to make complete unit. Buy the carburetor ... show more

Ran my factory 30mm Carb on my 2021 Bashan Raven until it started idling very high. Replaced it with the Nibbi 30MM. No jet adjustment is needed so far. A little bit of a challenge installing with Journeyman Mechanical skills. It ran great with both air filters and also with no filter. I can tell an increase in low-end torque and speed. Sounds great with the factory exhaust. I recommend it as a great replacement for all 2021 Ravens. ... show more

I was skeptical at first when purchasing this. Just got it delivered today so I could install it on my 2020 Hawk 250. It worked amazingly and couldn’t ask for a better carburetor. By the way you can not fit the existing hose from the air filter because the fitting is just to small. In the photo attached you can see that I had plastic welded the hose hole from the pre existing filter. I bought an after market K&N filter, that also works great. You will need to get a fitting that connects to the motor itself. ... show more

Everything is easily adjustable while on the bike and it can be removed/replaced easily. The stock carb on my Raven 250 (chinese enduro) was really hard to adjust and remove, as was a cheap Mikuni clone I bought. The Nibbi worked pretty well out of the box, but I still need to adjust the main jet and possibly the needle. I definitely recommend you get a pilot and main jet set when you buy this. I also recommend you use a pod filter, the airbox is terrible airflow and mine keeps getting water and oil in it. ... show more

    • The Air Screw is on the right side, which I needed for my application
I installed on a 2009 CRF230L. The Carburetor fits very tight to the frame on this model from the factory. This is the only Nibbi model with the Air screw facing away from the frame. The jetting was way off but buy a pack of slow and high speed jets, the high speed jet is different than most D-Slides, it is longer. The Float bowl does have to come off to access the jets. There is only one vent hose, not three vent hoses like other Nibbi types. Works fine, easy to adjust. ... show more

    • For hawk 250, takes work.
This carb is legit. But as I am in ohio my altitude is very low so it took alot of jetting to get good. It did not come with jets or a mount for intake so I had to buy them n wait. Its still not perfect but the performance has increased 10 fold incredibly. My stars might not be quite fair but u get 3 because the jetting gave me too many problems ... show more
