These paint pens/markers are wonderful. Honestly. They are durable, quite opaque, and the darker colors still show up fairly well under black light. And I like that there’s a large tip for bigger projects, and fine tips to get in there with those details.

Cons 1.Markers came with lose tops / markers came in box that had been polywrapped but the markers inside were NOT individually wrapped 2.the fine tips need be used on super smooth surfaces or the hard nibs ewill catch on every dimple or brushstroke that results in flicking/splattering paint on your work 3. Yea you get two pens per color one med tip one fine but each marker is only half full so my projects required me to open up the fine tip pens and put there ink into the med tip marker of the same color. 4. Gloss I hate gloss finishes for florecent or neon Colors Pros. 1. Damn good pens if u need uv reactive paint pens .now this said I also have a drawer full of poscas that blow these away in every category but price and collection of colors on these are a win win 2. Colors are vibrant/ require a light primer coat and then recoat to achieve desired darkness 3.the med tip pens lay paint really well. Not as well as posca but none the less 4. The blue if u buy this set for the blue alone you'd be happy.. best damn blue marker I have and I have bout 7 brands 5. The actual paint pens seem to be holding up well none broken or super worn nibs after running quite a few of them dry 6. If you wanna get the most from your money you thin down or buy highflow paints to refill the marker body's there easy to disassemble and even easier to Clean/clear marker body's that helps me see what I have in each recycled pen from this set ... show more

I am pretty picky about my acrylic paint markers. A FEW WEEKS LATER... I DONT LIKE THESE. EASY TO SEE that the die separates from the paint by a large white stripe along the side of every pen. I've seen this before but these are worse. BEAT, SHAKE, SLAP ACROSS MY OTHER HAND, etc, I can't get the dye to blend with the paint any longer!!! The color is now very sheer (supposed to be opaque) and far less bright in U.V DISREGARD FOLLOWING PREMATURE REVIEW....... I'vee returned about 1/3 of the 100's of markers I've purchased because some are just completely unacceptable. HOWEVER, these neon (U.V. activated) are pretty good. Pics show quite bright contrast under small uv flashlight. Even was rather good for a deep color. You can see some smudging on the yellow so let ur project rest for a couple of minutes before handling. So 1st day I am very pleased. Although the real test is in the longevity. Note... I only checked the 2.0 mm so far. I will edit this review if I find any major problems. Oh ya, the blue didn't glow under black light, but blue never does..? I will change "longevity" to 5 start if they last the week. ... show more

The paint goes on easily, flows well, with great colors. I made all eight signs (two per A-frame) on typical shipping box cardboard. I used a black ink marker, then two to three coats with these fluorescent/neon acrylic pens. None of the pens ran out of paint. Very happy with this product. Versus signs nailed to telephone poles that one can hardly read, I'm hoping these bright A-frame signs will bring in more buyers to my one-man crafts show in my own driveway. ... show more

OH MY GOODNESS! I love these markers. They are such beautiful metallic colors and lots of fun and relaxing to color with. I especially love that for every big marker color there is a small marker that matches it. It makes coloring that much more fun.     • They glow, but coverage lacks

The glow on on the paint is vibrant. The regular color coverage is thin on the red orange and yellow colors. Blue, Purple and Green have great coverage but do not glow as well. For my needs I am using these yellow, Red and Orange over top of existing acrylic paint of the same color that does not glow. So this is acting as a top coat. However for others this may not be sufficient enough. Also the pen bodies are clear and you have to shake to mix the paint so you can see that happen, but you can also see that the pens brand new only seem to be 75% full. Would I buy again, yes but again to use as a secondary set. I would not want to rely on these as the only paint coverage. ... show more
