I’ve had this fountain for 2 weeks out in my yard and its color is coming off. I’ve tried to contact the seller but I can’t seem to get ahold of them. I need it replaced or want my money back.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this purchase. Not too difficult to assemble and the sound is wonderful. A lot of splash, so recommend placing pump at lowest setting.

    • An amazing fountain

It arrived on time with everything packed in the box properly. I set it up in about 30 minutes once I had a proper base for it to sit on leveled. A level base is critical for a properly functioning fountain so all the water flows evenly from tier to tier. Very happy with the purchase.
