I purchased this brace to replace an older one. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this brace was. The construction is superior because it allows the skin to breathe underneath. I am able to wear this brace in hotter weather and so far I have not gotten any skin rashes from perspiration when wearing solid rubber braces. The brace is easy to put on and adjust.
