I purchased this after a recommendation from an influencer. I have used it several times and can't decide if I like it or hate it. It does make the under-eye area appear more awake, but it also makes the skin feel stiff. My other issue is when makeup is applied on top of the product it looks splotchy. While I enjoy the tightness the product brings to the area sometimes it feels like my undereye is frozen in place. ... show more

Works great- use a cream concealer on top as too liquidy will break the bond & eyes will te puff. Kind of like control top for your eye baggage!

This (IT Cosmetics Bye Bye under eye bags daytime treatment)-cream this cream burned my skin in 10 minutes it was very painful it smelled bad it cracked my skin on the sides of my eye bags I had to apply aloe vera gel from a Walgreens Pharmacy today 1/14/24 nine hours earlier it was worse I kept applying the aloe gel to stop the pain swelling and the redness caused by this chemical burn I hope this seller removes this product from amazon completely before any future customer decides to sue this seller personally through amazon. I requested the seller to give me a full refund this item was $40.00 online with tax it came to a total of $43.10 the refund said it will take 7 days to receive a full refund in the form I paid, that's fine. I hope this assists you before you purchase this product the seller does have a return policy so this acceptable. Maybe it might work for you or maybe not? ... show more
