These rugs are so soft and not paper thin. I feel like it's a great quality product. They look and feel better than my sister-in-law's over priced Ruggable. The seams are stronger, too. Her's are unraveling after a year and she never vacuums. This thing washes up beautifully. I have three dogs, a husband and Georgia red clay. I got the light blue and white 10 x 14 size, 9 months ago. There's no way this size ofa rug will fit in any washing machine but I do have a wonderful Bissell carpet cleaner. I don't know if it's the rug, the carpet cleaner or the solution I used but it came out perfectly clean. I should have done a promo video. It looked like an exaggerated commercial when I started cleaning. The one where they show the perfectly clean carpet in the middle of two muddy spots. I got 5 more of the same rugs in smaller sizes for my hallway and by my doors. They fit in the waking machine and come out perfect, like brand new, perfect. I didn't notice any odors , when I took it out of the packaging, like some carpets do. They un-creased in less than two days. No steaming or iron necessary.

This rug delivered quickly and was packed nicely. It is a very pretty rug with a nice subdued pattern and beautiful color. Very soft. It laid flat immediately. My only problem is that I need another smaller one for inside my door for a small runner and the Dark Green Shadowed Elegance is out of stock in all the smaller sizes. Please, please restock so I can purchase matching rugs!

We bought the 9X12 rug to cover our hardwood floor in our family room. It is so soft. The backing is very sticky it won’t slip around. I haven’t tried vacuuming it yet, but I don’t think that will be a problem because it is pretty thin. The reason I’m giving 4 stars: We did buy the green color but it has significantly more light blue in it than we were expecting. This was not a problem because it still matches our living room, just not as green and white as we were expecting. Overall seems like a good rug.

Very nice rug. The design is pretty and the material is surprisingly plush and feels good to your feet. Stays in place really well and flattened out pretty good on its own. I bought 2 different rugs as this was going in a high traffic and multi dog/cat home home so i wanted to have one always available, the other one arrived first and was tried out for a week. This is my preferred one (had to swap them out when my husband coffee tested the other one). I can't speak on the washability yet. I liked this one so much that I decided to buy a second one of this brand for swap out purposes and use the other version in my bedroom.

The quality of this rug is awesome. Super soft and durable. It really is machine washable!!! We took it to the laundry mat to use the big machines. We have a toddler and an infant and this survived chocolate milk stains! We have had it for just about a year and machine washed it for the first time and it literally looks and feels brand new! The only downside is that it’s impossible to vacuum with our Dyson. The roomba works, and I got a manual carpet sweeper that works too.

I ordered this rug for the basement by the washer and dryer since mine got some water damage. It was at the price point I wanted since it was just going down an unfinished basement. As soon as I took it out of the package, I knew I wasn't putting it downstairs as it is just way too beautiful for that. The coloring is muted, and it is extremely soft. I decided to put it in a back bedroom (even though it is larger than needed in there, almost looks like a wall to wall) I put the rug in that room down the basement, and it was MUCH more expensive. This rug is washable (although I don't know where you would find a washer to fit a 10x8) but at least I know it will be easy to spot clean if needed. It has been down for about 2 weeks so far and not all of the creases have come out yet, but this room gets very little foot traffic. My cat instantly decided it is hers (LOL cats!) I would highly recommend!

So my initial order when received was the wrong rug. I returned and placed another order, crossing fingers it was the right one. The right one came! This rug is very soft! However very thin. My vaccum is constantly pulling at rug and I have to constantly fix and stretch out. I do not see this rug lasting very long because of this and will need to replace soon! Picture shows example. Im having to pick up furniture to stretch flat almost daily.
