I absolutely love this kit. I loved the way it looked online, but sometimes looks can be deceiving. I received this kit about a week ago and I’m about halfway through building the house. I’ve done quite a few of these kits so I know what to look for in them, and I can definitely say that the instructions in this kit are really well done. The quality of the items is superior to some of the other kits I’ve tried. The pieces I have built are very, true to form and the details are great. I can’t really talk about the glue because my kit not have any. However, overall, I really am enjoying building this and can see the quality of the pieces that I build. I would never recommend buying these kit for younger children because they are too involved and too intricate. These are mainly for older teens and adults.

Writing this review for my sister-in-law. Tedious to build but looks great. Keep a Xacto knife handy, some trimming of tabs was required. The plants were difficult to glue down so she found some small clear beads and stuck the stems into the bead and glued them down that way. She used a traditional white glue for some items and Instant glue for others. She noted that the white glue would cause the tabs to expand if not assembled immediately. She has done a number of miniatures and it still took her about 6 evenings working about 2 or 3 hours each evening.

Really fun looking piece. It’s a true DIY from top to bottom, my most favorite kind. This piece would be difficult and possibly very frustrating for beginners but once you get your feet wet I guarantee you’ll be thrilled. Definitely grab it if you love top to bottom creative building. The items are well made and it’s definitely worth the price for the amount of fun hours it’ll take to put together.
