After my bottom load primo water dispenser broke, I searched and researched online for bottleless water dispenser. iSpring bottleless water dispensers stand out for their quality product and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It's easy to set up. All necessary parts are provided. The noise level is very minimal. Water tastes good and flows easily. The water is clear too both during initial filter cleaning and after. Most importantly, the dispenser started acting out right after Amazon return policy lapsed. I called customer service thinking I was going to be connected to the AI or automated machine. I was wrong. I spoke to a live person. Nick was the guy I spoke with. He helped me and solved my problem without any hassle. I assure y'all, you will never go wrong with their customer service and warranty policy. If you encounter any issues, you’d better call Nick! :) I APPROVE by the way, I can't attest to longevity yet. I previously owned a Brio filtered water dispenser. Which "conveniently" stopped working right after the warranty expired. The taste of the water with the Brio dispenser was just slightly better than tap water. Since it had stopped working I needed to replace it. I was never really satisfied with the taste of the water with the Brio dispenser. So I started looking at other brands. I then discovered the Ispring dispenser. Having limited but positive reviews for the Ispring dispenser I was a little hesitant. I then reached out to Ispring customer service directly who were great at answering all my questions and concerns. With the great customer service experience and the positive reviews I decided to purchase the Ispring dispenser. I'm really glad that I did. For starters I like the single dispenser design as opposed to having 3 separate for hot/room/cold on other models. I also like the design of the child lock on the hot water button. On the previous Brio model the hot water "child lock" was a bad design. In fact it was so simple to bypass my 2 year old granddaughter was able to figure it out. That is not the case with the Ispring dispenser. The child lock works like it's supposed to. I like the temperature control adjustment for the cold water. With the dial slightly past half way the water is nice and cold. The taste is great and definitely better than the Brio dispenser. I also like that the replacement filters are cheaper than other brands. The night light feature is very useful. Coming up on 6 months since my purchase. I haven't had any problems and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend! ... show more

This doesn't have the membrane filter that my old kenmore unit did. That means it doesn't take out much of the tds. Doesn't reduce nitrates or nitrites. Basically just carbon filters. The machine itself is nice works good and is well designed. I just needed more filtration than this provides. Removes chlorine and chloramine, maybe lead. Read description carefully. ... show more

This water dispenser was easy to install, seems to be well made, has great features, has a sleek design with modernized looks, but most of all the water tastes great! Originally i received a defective product. The dispenser was leaking water internally and was leaving a puddle in the base of the dispenser. The reviews pointed out excellent customer service, and i would definitely agree with that. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick at ISpring who handled my issues in a very polite, professional and timely manner. So far so good. I intentionally bought one in a beat up box, so I could save myself money on it. I've been wanting one of these for a while now, almost got one that uses the jugs on it, I'm glad I didn't, that would have been an annoying pain swapping out jugs all the time. Setup was a breeze, only issue was, I had to get an ice maker kit from my hardware store, since the one in the wall had a heavier 1/4" hose setup and kept spitting out the hose supplied with the water dispenser. Not a big deal, I could have made it work, but didn't want to jump through hoops to do so. The cold water is definitely cold, the ambient temperature water is definitely cold, lol, almost as cold as what cold is. I don't use the hot water, so I can't vouch for that one, however I know it does work, but discussing it with my wife, we elected to flip the switch off and use it for her plants, ambient for the dogs and nuking Huel Hot and Savory, and cold for making Huel shakes or just drinking cold water in general. Nice water filtration cooler for the price. Not sure about how much filtration really happens but the water tastes good. Love the Hot dispensing and "ambient"(room temp) water features. Looks great and easy use! However, the Installation is NOT AS EASY as it seems. You have to factor in the tubing needs to be connected to a water source, and then to run to the tubing to the unit. This is not that simple and takes some planning. Finally, getting the water tubing attached to the water source without leaks is also an issue. Needed a plumber after 3 failed attempts on our own. ... show more

It worked great for the first year. However, the hot water heater started flipping the GFCI breaker. I turned off the heater and was sad, but it still was working for cold. Now, a few weeks later the whole thing doesn't even work anymore. what a waste of money. Do not buy this.

Works as expected. The cold and the tap water don't seem terribly different temperatures. The hot has enough for a few cups but if you're feeling a pot it feels a small pot with hot water if you want to use it it to filter your water for food. Very easy to install I love it
