It’s great for what I need it for. It withstands up to 2000 degrees for 25 mins. So does their fire/waterproof document bags. I suggest getting the bags as an extra layer of protection.And put tour items in a ziplock bag before putting in the islandsafe bags. I added the light myself also from amazon. Remember to either pit silica gels or baking soda to absorb any moisture to prevent molding.

If you are looking for a budget safe to secure valuables against amateurs (like my kids friend who may be sleeping over…not that I suspect any would steal) then this safe is fine. But I was surprised how light it is. I could easily lift with one hand, and it feels like a few drops on concrete would be adequate to open it up. Very thin metal. But for $100 it does not job for what I need. If I was looking for a more serious, durable product I would probably stick with the more well known vendors in this space.

This is a very flimsy safe. The metal is then. Lots of room but it doesn’t really protect your valuables. It’s more of a locked storage space.

The media could not be loaded. Setup was a breeze and it holds all my items! I was able to mount it with the included mounting hardware. I installed the included batteries and followed the direction for programming my code. It was very easy to use and program. This safe is very good looking and sturdy too.

This safe isn't really fireproof. All it is is a metal box with a lock on it. If there was a fire everything in is toast. Very cheapy made. Don't waste your money on this.
