It arrived folded in clear vacuum sealed plastic, but the creases disappeared quickly because I barely noticed them. It lays flat and stays in place, which makes it really easy to use and maintain, so far. If you’re looking for a cute, soft, and affordable rug, I definitely recommend this one! As for durability, we’ve only had it for about two weeks, so time will tell, but based on my experience with similar materials, I expect some normal wear over time. I still feel like I’ll get my money’s worth. It was a great buy!

I read the negitive reviews but the price was so reasonable that I wanted to try it. I love this rug! It is warm and soft. Great rug for using on top of carpet too...it stays in place. Yes...it is a bit slick...but not bad. It looks great and I now have 3 in my house.

I read a lot of complaints about this rug, and yes there are some things about it that you do have to take extra time to care for. But have you seen the price of rugs lately? I mean come on. It's a really good rug for the price point, you do have to be a little more careful and vacuuming we use a little handheld vacuum on it or we use the less-suction option on the vacuum, and an attachment instead of the regular vacuum part. But for a kid's room, a student dorm or just a little office, this rug is perfect. We want our cake and eat it too. You want to save money? You get something that you have to take an extra couple minutes to manage. And if you do that the shrug will last and it's super soft on your feet. It feels so good to walk on. I don't know how toxic it may be, but what do you do? You go buy a $2,000 rug instead.
