I have been using this scooter for around 3 months now and one of the main reasons I bought it is the suspension and pneumatic tyres. The scooter gives really good speed, and usually ride it on D mode and the battery actually lasts pretty long. I like how the button has multiple functions, so apart from parking the scooter, I don’t really use the app. It comes with a storage bag which is actually very useful and has surprisingly more space than expected. I usually use my scooter to and from college and it is super easy to use. My route has a lot of long slopes and it handles both upward and downward slopes really well. It is actually pretty sturdy and the suspension is quite nice. The indicators is a plus. The only issue I find is that it squeals pretty loudly if I have to ever apply breaks a little suddenly and the scooter doesn’t do very well with sudden brakes, but it’s usually not often that u have to brake that hard. I just happen to ride in a route where there are a lot of students who mindlessly walk right in front of you, but apart from this, the scooter is amazing and is quite special to me. ... show more

My rear wheel got a flat tire after two days, and I wanted to fix it. To remove the rear wheel, you need to break the reflector on the fender to have an access to the wheel bolt. The rear shock absorber bolt had come out of place. It takes a long time to reach a speed of 25 miles per hour. The farthest distance I traveled with it was 8 miles on a flat road no 30 miles which they claimed. Also i tried numerous times to connect my phone to the scooter with the app but it never connects. I don’t recommend this scooter to anyone, you can get a different brand and much better quality with the same price. Problems are the app which has only 2 stars and i can’t even get it to wrk on my iPhone. I really want to be able to lock my scooter and customize the settings easily by phone. Speed is 27mph+ max but you must play around with the power button to get it… the big positive is it’s very durable, powers off on its own if not used for a while and it has a auto cruise mode. Comes fully charged so ready to ride and to assemble takes less than a minute. ... show more

The product is one of the best on the market, fast, waterproof, but the battery won’t last that long if you live in the hills like I do. They say 50 miles on a charge but I am getting 20 to 30 miles on a charge. Everything else is great.
