  • Not suitable for thicker foam
Style: 7 1/4-Inch, 140T
Unfortunately, it is not suitable for thicker foam (~ 2-3 inches thick). But the cutting wire as well as the prong snapped within minutes of using. When it cuts, it does so well btw.

  • Cut like a hot knife through butter
Bought this blade to cut down a number of Melamine covered wood shelves and it worked flawlessly. Yes, I scored the cut line, covered the area to be cut with tape and set the blade to cut half-way through the material. It worked perfectly, No chipping and beautiful straight edges on the shelf that I was then able to re-edge with white melamine. Made the job really easy. ... show more

Great quality! I ground this blade to a thinner kerf for fretboard slotting.

  • Wears out fast, cuts slow, binds
I probably should have just bit the bullet and bought a carbide blade. It’s wearing out quickly, binds in the cut, and cuts very slowly, requiring force. It was cheap but not valuable.
