Over it looks like it will hold up for a while. At first when assembling it. It seemed very flimsy. And I was starting to regret buying it. But once it was assembled it was very sturdy. My bulldog is already sleeping in it. So he likes it. My only concern is the hard ware for the doors feels flimsy and weak. I feel that if he really wanted out. He could easily break through those small screws and locks. Doors aren’t very sturdy either. They flex very easily. But overall I’m happy with it just as long as he doesn’t get the idea that he’s stronger the those doors. He will mainly be using it at night and at time out. ... show more

This is actually a lovely crate for our little guy. He is a very good boy. I would not recommend this for use with a dog that is excitable as I wouldn't trust the "mesh" or the doors to hold.

This crate seems to be well made and sturdy. Had alot of difficulty putting it together. The wooden pegs wouldn't stay in place if you followed the directions. Had to fo my own thing to get it together. Directions are poor. Wooden pegs need to be tigher or glue needs to be used to keep them in place. If the assembly process was easier and the directions better I would give this a 5 star rating. ... show more

There are some families who have respectful sweet pets who understand that keeping the house clean and the animal safe is a joint effort. For those families, this crate is great. It’s spacious and looks nice as a piece of furniture. Then there are families like mine with a menace of a dog who laughs in your face just before he makes his great escape and pee’s on your floor just to prove a point. This crate, or any other furniture type crate, isn’t a great investment. He’s a 15lb dog and he destroyed it. I would not recommend this crate for a dog who does not like to be contained.     • Great Concept but be ware of Cheap Material

I love the concept of this crate and looks great, however, parts and material are extremely cheap. Many of the panels were already severely scratched and chipped. I was willing to overlook this. As I got further into my assembly, I noticed the front panel that secures the mesh was split and the mesh was not connected to the base of the create. This defeats the purpose of a safe sleep space for my pup. I did not return this item because it would take me more time to disassemble and package as I was already 65% through. I do not recommend this product for anyone that is looking to actually use this as a dog crate. It now just sits as a useless piece of furniture in my Livingroom. ... show more

I got this crate in hopes to give my pit/boxer boy a comfy and durable place to stay for when we leave the house. This was not it, if your dog is over 50-60 pounds i’d say they won’t fit comfortably. He didn’t have much room at all to stand or move around just to lay down and with one swipe to the metal mesh it was torn open and he was out! The pad it comes with isn’t very durable either, he was able to tear the fabric effortlessly. If you’re looking for a durable crate for a big dog this was NOT it. Save your money!! I will be trying to fix the damage and giving it to my parents for their weenie dogs, small dogs would much better fit for this!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Described as advertised. My puppy loves her crate. It is perfect for training and a wonderful safe space for your pet. Although the frame is wood, she loves it so much, she does not bother chewing it. Talk about self control for a teething puppy! It also doubles as furniture so you can still utilize the space as a table top just as pictured in the product selling page. It is also one of the more affordable choices compared to other furniture crates. 10/10. Still going to keep once she grows out of it. ... show more

Fairly nice looking crate. I was worried that the wood look would look unrealistic. But it was actually nice. The stickers they give you to cover the screw holes do not match. I did not use them. The instructions to assemble were also not great. I’m pretty handy but put pieces on wrong a couple times. Now for the reason why it’s two stars and titled not safe. I have a 20 pound mini golden doodle. Who somehow pushed his way through the metal grate. Scratched himself and bled. Luckily no stitches were needed. He is not a big dog. This crate is not constructed well. There is nothing holding this thin metal mesh in place other than a channel in the wood. I would recommend not buying this crate. ... show more
