Only 4 friends have seen it and one has already bought one for thems! It arrived , all pieces were included and there. Assembly took a few hours , was not difficult. Looks just as pictured and described on Amazon. Love the charging station, a big plus. Quality of materials great! CON: only one but for me it’s a big one and I deducted a full star- the legs at the foot of the bed are designed to support the foot board and the bed side frame as well. As such they are on the outside of the bed.outside of the bed frame. If you are a klutz who walks barefoot .. and hangs up baby toes on furniture be super careful. Walking alongside from the head to foot it is very easy to hook your foot on that bed leg and … fall? Break a toe? Looking for a way to solve this. I would have given 5 stars, but the bolts and screws weren’t included (forgotten) in my package, so after several trips to the hardware store, I was able to put it together, but still haven’t received my replacement screws or a partial refund. Other than that hiccup, I love it. Me and my husband (both heavier set people) have no issue with the bedframe making noise as I’ve seen other reviews talk about. The headboard is my favorite, with the plugs and usb ports. Phone chargers and a little lamp for me to read at night, and we still have an extra plug. This bed is great for apartment living. It has great storage and it's beautiful. We don't notice any noise and it is very stable. It was around 80lbs so it's not too heavy and could be brought up our apartment stairs. We love this bed.

The box it was shipped in wasn’t too big to carry up a few flight of stairs to my apartment which made the moving process super simple. I love my new bed frame but no matter what I do, it squeaks every time we move. We have tightened each bolt and still it squeaks. At first it didn't bother me because I thought it would stop but I think it is getting worse.
