1000% the best work boot I’ve had, day one these boots felt great. I got the wide size, a little extra room than normal, but these boots are the best boots I’ve ever worn, so the extra room isn’t a problem at all. This was my first pair of work boots and I've enjoyed them so far. I don't work at a harsh construction site, I primarily walk around a manufacturing and assembly floors. Our facility floors get greasy sometimes, so it was important for the boots to be non-slip. And these have been great! Compared to my regular shoes that slide easily, I never accidentally skid in these boots. The comfort is superb. I love how the boot feels and did not need break-in time. The look is great too. I often get compliments and people even ask if these are steel-toe due to their nice aesthetics. One issue I have is the odor. Shortly after wearing the boots they developed strong odor. I assume it's the nature of steel-toe boots, they get no proper filtration. I'm sure if I made more effort to air them out often and use better socks, it would be less intense. But I do want to point it out. I liked these boots so much I bought another pair from this brand but a slightly different color and style. Husband loves these boots, he says they are very comfy and roomy enough for his wide feet. He has “skinny” ankles and said it took some getting used to how loose they are around the lower part of his leg but now that he’s had them for about 3 months he doesn’t even notice it anymore. Boots seem to be fine but I was sent a pair that was obviously returned from someone that has a lot of pet hair in their house. I went to change the insoles and the ones that came with the boots had white pet hair on them. I looked into the boots and had more of it inside. To me this is unacceptable.
