READ other negative reviews. Tongue IS sewn too far into boot shaft. While I can get my feet into them, it is difficult. Sadly, a concrete block zip tied to each foot would be more comfortable. No flex in the sole. ZERO. Boot treads do not self clean. Within 6 steps on muddy terrain each boot will weigh 15 lbs. Probably the worst boot I've ever bought, and I'm a 62 year old land surveyor. ... show more

I got these boots for covering rough terrain while hunting. I love knee high rubber boots but they aren't the most comfortable to hike up the side of a mountain. These Irish Setter boots have exceeded my expectations and have left my feel comfortable after many miles of hiking in the Pennsylvania mountains. They are a little snug to get your foot into but offer great support and fit perfect once they are on. Highly recommend these boots! ... show more

Received but couldn’t return item. Tongue was sewn all the way to the top. So couldn’t get foot in boot Tried to print return through someone else computer. Didn’t work. No return slip in box. Was not happy but received fast. Eventually I gave them away to a child.

Great deal. Hard to get on. Took them to boot repair and had tounge cut down to the top eyelet. Fit perfectly, easy on and off. Cost $10 at boot repair to alter.
