Good boot but not sure I'd buy again. I went with size 11 and they fit well but perhaps should have went with 10.5 if available. Maybe its due to the style of boot but i found my foot sliding forward into the toe when walking downslope and it hurting my toes. I found the sole design to be very grippy and stable. But the rubber was noisier than expected when walking. Very easy to get on and off. Sitting in the 20 degree cold should have been fine with wool socks on but my feet got cold. Not sure if that's a boot issue or my circulation. Perhaps I should have gone with the -45 degree pair instead. Pretty good for run of the mill stuff, but hunting may require something different. ... show more

Have had the original Muck boot for years, in fact have worn out 4 pair. My last pair only lasted about 4 months though! So, wanted to try a different brand. Glad I did! These Dryshods are awesome right out of the box. Fit is great, true to size. And lighter than my comparable Mucks. Easy to put on and off and very comfortable. Am going on a winter hike shortly and will update my review upon my return. Ok, just got back from a winter backpack. Had heavy snow and -15 nights. These boots were awesome! Comfortable out of the box, worked well with snowshoes and kept my feet warm! I am sold on the Dryshod brand and will NEVER buy another Muck boot. And needless to say, completely waterproof as I broke though a couple streams with 0 issues. ... show more

I live / work on our farm. Wear these boots in all types of conditions. I got tired of replacing Muck boots due to construction flaws (primarily outer soles separating from the uppers and leaks. These boots are much better/more durable than the Muck brand boots.
